With the flavors of smoke and barbecue. Infused throughout the meats, and the original combinations, real mashed potatoes, and delicious desserts, this barbecue made quite the impression. The prices are more than fair. The server had such a great attitude, and after nineteen years of being there still happy to serve. I am so glad my son and I enjoyed a meal here.And we will be returning

Did not have to wait long for food. More than we could eat and everything was homemade and so delicious. The employees were friendly and over all great experience.Definitely recommend

In January 2026 I paid $11.25 for a regular sized draft beer. Draft prices weren’t on the menu. Next time, I will inquire about price before ordering. Word to the wise.

Service was friendly. Mac and cheese was tasty. Easy to park. Cozy decor (lots of booths). I don’t regret dining here, but I wish the draft I ordered wasn’t over 10$. (Felt like an airport price, especially for Ohio)

This place was an absolute ray of sunshine in the middle of nowhere, Ohio. If you know barbecue, you know how rare that is.

The barbecue was perfectly tender, full of flavor, and done right — no shortcuts. The homemade potato chips were flat-out out of this world, the kind you keep eating long after you’re full. Real Texas-style sweet tea made with actual sugar (yes, it matters), and a lineup of barbecue sauces that were all genuinely excellent — not just “there for looks.”

On top of that, the girls at the counter were incredibly sweet and welcoming, which just made the whole experience even better.

And here’s the real test: I’m from Texas, and I’m a barbecue snob. I don’t hand out compliments lightly. This place easily lands in my top ten barbecue spots across the country.

If you’re anywhere near Jeffersonville, Ohio, do not pass this place up. It’s the real deal.
