Caddy Shack Restaurant and Bar

Wow. Not sure I will return. Got a sub and halfway through I found a hair underneath it. Since it was not inside the sub I got rid of the hair and began to eat the other half. Three more hairs! Since I already ate half I didn’t ask for a refund. Just took it back to the window to show the kitchen. Not sure they cared.

We go here all the time but this time was the last! The kitchen staff is horrible!!! Yes it was Saturday evening, they were busy but seen it way busier… there was 2 young men and a girl with black girl in ponytails who was the worst!! Rude, disrespectful and seriously made this place look so incompetent. We ordered at 6:20, there were 6 of us. Last one got their food at 8:05. All of us got subs. Nothing difficult at all. They lied the entire time, argued not just with us but with everyone that came up to ask about their food. Their famous line was “it’s in the oven” for 2 hours… come on, it was ridiculous and sad this place has come to this! $27.00 for a turkey sandwich and order of garlic bread that the bread on both the sub and garlic bread were so hard you couldn’t even bit into it… The other thing is the woman’s restrooms are seriously the worst on the island… port-a potties are cleaner! Water from toilets all over the floors, and it’s like this every time I am there. Do yourself a favor and walk over to the sand trap if you have to go!

I was so looking forward to having pizza from caddy shack today, but it was HORRIBLE!! THE CRUST WAS BURNT AND TOPPINGS OVERCOOKED. Not the pizza experience I have enjoyed so many times before. What a disappointment.

Well, we kind of had an interesting experience at this place. I understand that this is probably a family-owned business so I'm not gonna tear down this place. First off they had a band outside that was good. We were hungry and thirsty so we went inside. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks. It was not very busy inside. The bartender was nice and friendly. The one issue we had was a kitchen staff employee. If you're gonna have an open kitchen window like that just know people are going to watch! With that being said, in my opinion you need to send some of them to the Safe Serve Program. Some of them need to learn that just because you're wearing gloves does not mean you can stand there eating pizza with gloves on then with the same gloves on go back to baking and handling other customer's food with the same gloves on you were eating your food with and handling money. It's a simple fix just change your gloves.

Nice selection of beer on tap. Clean and well maintained. Bartender was excellent.

Me and my soulmate had a sub called the Homer and it was amazing!!!
Prepare yourself to eat a whole bunch if you order that.
For 20$ at least 4 people can feast that’s why this item is the food deal of the island!!!
