Food is better than most in the island. I love that they have Alligator on the menu. Drinks are normal and priced as you would expect for being right next to a marina. Service has been slow, but I think that might be the norm in this island. I would go back.

Nothing like taking a fun day to boat over to Kelly's and have a wonderful lunch at the Casino with family & friends. The service is always fun and enjoyable and the food great! From sandwiches to salads many choices! Will keep going back!

We had the worst waitress of any dining experience anyone in my party ever had. She came to take our order, saying she was taking drink and food orders. There were 5 of us in the party and we gave our order and instructed how to split the bill at that time. She left before taking our food order after saying she wanted to get our full order. When she returned she had the drink order wrong and was missing drinks for 2 of our party of 5. She left again before getting our food order. She returned with 1 of the missing drinks, taking our meal order. We had to tell her several times what 3 of orders where, not deviating from the menu, she just wasn't listening to us. When our meal was brought out she finally had the last drink with her. She became short when we brought these things to her attention. One order was still wrong. When she returned with the bill, it wasn't split up and she blamed us for not telling her, despite being told when we ordered our drinks. She refused to change the bill, stating "there has been a lot of confusion at this table," and blaming us for the poor service. After we were getting ready to pay she finally said she would divide the bill but we were done and just wanted to leave. I have family members in service positions and give respect to all people in those positions. I have never wanted to leave without tipping. We did tip, hoping that your establishment shares tips as the young lady who brought out our food was kind and brought drink refills for the empty cups at our table. I don't think we will returning to The Casino on subsequent trips to Kelley's Island!
