Hillary is AMAZING. This is our 5th year to come visit this ANGEL! The pump would not be the same without her!

Loud and “lively” over Memorial Day weekend. Service was great though, and the food was a notch above what I’d expect from a bar/restaurant in a lakeside tourist community. Would definitely recommend!

The Pump is the place to be! The food is delicious, the Brandy Alexander is a treat, and the staff is top notch. Shout out to Hillary, Bri, LuLu, and Regina; they are all on fire, all the time.

Everything was great per usual, friendly staff, quick food. Its still got that old town, lake charm.
I go for the Brandy Alexander's (if you havent tried one, youre missing out) The only thing that was crazy was the AC, they either need to fix it or get a heavier capacity one,it does get crowded in there. It was so so hot in there, one drunk lady even tried to turn on the fans and they didnt turn on.

The Village Pump claims to have award winning perch, maybe in the past few years. I thought the perch was ok. The onion rings were very greasy. I do not eat greasy food anymore so it played havoc on my digestive system. They were really busy, so I can't give this place a decent review. If I was still able to eat fried foods I would give them an A+. Everyone was nice, our server was great.

The Brandy Alexander was excellent, as was the perch sandwich, which was loaded with perch, and came with 3 lemon slices and a mayo/remoulade/tartar sauce on the side. Service was spot on, times perfectly. Food came out super quick! Definitely worth a stop when on the island!

Would rate higher…if I got to try a drink or even food since I’m 25. Was instead denied service because the main golf cart rental place kept my ID like they do with every patron. Showed a photo to the female bartender like the rental place said to and offered to show the golf cart lease agreement and the lady said they only take physical ID’s or Passports not pictures of your ID…. why would I have my passport with me to visit a place in the states? Use your brain.
