alright applebees you guys out done yourselves the o-my-cheese burger without bacon and the spicy honey mustard, i got regular honey mustard as a dipping sauce for the burger was o-my-azing the only micro issue i had was no pink burger like i ordered but in all honesty i dont really care its 50/10 im not even gonna complain about not having a pink patty the fries were cooked to perfection i couldnt ask for a better meal applebees needs to keep this burger on the menu permanantly the cheese was so gooey and warm it was baked to the burger if your a cheese lover like i am id order this burger i jumped on the cheese train and it blew my whistle to cheese town thats how amazing this meal was id love nothing more than to order this sandwhich the next time i come back

Went to this Applebees today for my Birthday. Christine C as the server and Maddy was the manager . I ordered the bourbon street steak med rare and a house salad. We did get our appetizer but my salad never came. They brought our food out still no salad. Told Maddy she delivered our food and she took off the bill. I cut into my steak and it was purple, beyond rare! After that many mistakes I did not want Anything else and you know it cost almost 50 for my husband to eat alone. I feel if you have that many issues there should be something more should be done to make your customer happy when they leave.

Service is getting 5 stars because our server Nate was awesome! However - it started with my bottled beer tasting disgustingly outdated. Nate quickly replaced it with a fine draft. Then my sons silverware was disgustingly dirty. Ok, not the end of the world, moving on. Next was the literal pubic hair in my husbands mashed potatoes. Appalling. Brought it to Nate’s attention, who was equally shocked. He said he would speak to his manager. Came back later with our bill and we discover that said “manager” took $5 off our bill. For both of our uneaten dinners. Because let’s be honest, once he found the hair, I was done eating. Manager never came to the table, and decided the best option was $5 off. Do better with your managers Applebees. We should have never had to pay for anything at our table. Also, figure out how a pubic hair falls into mashed potatoes. But at least make an appearance at the table in question. But again; Nate was a great server!!!
