My parents came in for pick up while we’re dropping my brother off at school and the hostess brought the food over- didn’t greet us, didn’t speak at all, just handed the bag and when we said thank you, she responded “mhm” and walked away. Very poor customer service.

Use to be a good place to eat. But recently has gone down hill. Most recent dine in, waited over 20 minutes before my husband had to get up and go to the bar to ask for a server. A manager walked past our table and glanced our way with no acknowledgment, and a server walked past 4-5 times and would not even make eye contact.

Your 220 Tallmadge Road Kent, OH location was Great. The mid afternoon (2:30pm arrival)atmosphere was fantastic. The food was very good with the steak being cooked to perfection, but the absolutely best part of our experience was our server Keiana N. We could not have asked for better service, she was extremely polite, very knowledgeable, highly professional, and a joy to talk to with a very wonderful and engaging personality. We have had very poor service at other restaurants but this was a truly great experience and we look forward to visiting your Kent, OH restaurant in the near future. Thanks again Keiana, you did a GREAT JOB!
