Slow , made an order online for asap for drive thru pick up, they had us pull around to wait for someone to run it out waited ten minutes went in for them to say they were still working on it while watching them do every other order but mine that I had placed to go , what’s the point of doing online ordering to wait forever anyways? They prioritized every order infront of mine that I had to wait 20 minutes for

8:30pm Friday Night. French Dip was ice cold and I pulled it out of the bag as soon as I got it. I could only get through half of it and Arbys isnt cheap. A guy ran to the door as I was pulling up and locked it, I had to sit and wait a few minutes in the drive thru before I was helped. Guess they didn't want to serve any customers. I honestly don't know how they got the beef that cold.

Came here for a quick me meal for me and my dad. My dad ordered the new Beef Reserve burger, curly fries, and a drink. I ordered a chicken slider, 6 piece mozzarella sticks and a drink. After going through the drive we were served our drinks through the window and she told us to pull up to a parking spot for wait on the mozzarella sticks. After a ten minute wait we still never got our mozzarella sticks so I decided to go in and ask about it. One girl working with multiple bags sitting on the counter with other peoples food (including mine) I show her my receipt and she said she forgot about the mozzerella sticks after a ten minute wait! After that we got all of our food just to open up the beef reserve sandwich to see that the meat was paper thin and nothing like the advertisement. Very overpriced for two people just to serve something that looks nothing like the advertisement.

We arrived at 1020 an to find the doors locked, had to take a trip through the drive thru to make sure they were open. Ordered our food, which was delivered in a timely fashion, but our fries were just above room temp, and my wife's sandwich was so sloppy she gave up on it after two bites. 25 bucks for two people isn't as outrageous as it was, but if you can't enjoy the food, it's a fortune. We won't be returning to this location.

Just went through arby's. I couldn't hear the lady. I asked her 3 times I couldn't hear It. Then she yelled at me. I'll go and I told her I would go somewhere else. What a professional people there. I will never go back to this again ever.

It's refreshing to see a manager working with his staff to keep the line moving. Very professional and motivating to his staff members. The food is great, the restaurant is clean!
