The Basement in Brimfield

we came in last night for Tuesday night trivia. I got the wings, double grilled with hot pants Kaluger. They were HUGE and cooked to perfection with a nice char. we also got a BYO Pizza well done and it was delicious. I was already planning on coming back for the trivia, but now Im coming back for the trivia AND food. our server Riley was also really great and kept our drinks full all night.

Party of 6 Sat at a table next to the hostess station for 20 minutes and not one person came to our table. Hostess kept giving us a side eye but did Nothing so we left. Place was very slow, completely absurd and ridiculous. Will never be back.

My coworker and I had a warm and wonderful experience. Our server was very responsive to use entering the establishment. We were greeted with a friendly smile and a rundown of what the menu offered. We found our server Riley, to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent customer - great place to unwind for a lunch break.

The ambience within the establishment was nice, spacious and clean.

Typical BASEMENT, but service times tend to lag behind the lakes and N Canton. Same food - seemed the same.

Take-out is tough unless you want to call and do it verbally and price wise they are not competitive vs Wingstop or Firehouse.

Our only issue is the wait on food - the food was good, the experience was not - and with many other options that are the same price or less - we’ve just not been back. If you can eat their specials - they are great deals, unfortunately I’m limited to off the menu. 48 bucks seemed a bit high for what we had.

The Basement Sports Bars in the Akron area are a favorite of ours. This was our second location that we visited, and the service and atmosphere were both on point. The wings are always good. Pizza and sandwiches are consistently great.

Stopped in for a late lunch today , I got terrible service never got my food so I just left. I sat there for at least a half hour while other people got their food that came in after me.
All I ordered was a meat ball sub and fries.
The bartender ignored me when I asked her did the kitchen forget me. I was polite as always, but that seemed to not matter.
Then she went and checked on other customers, went back in the kitchen and stayed there. I waited about eight minutes and just left. Was it the color of my skin or just terrible service from a bad bartender.🤷🏾‍♂️ I’m a good tipper too so she’s crazy….

What happen with the mafia chicken noodles..its what I go for there..had them 4 other times and this time quality was about 1/4 less and and it was about tasteless..don't know whether to order them again or not...I was so dissapointed

Food was terrible. Who makes a taco salad by just throwing in lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and salsa? Where is the tortilla shell or tortilla strips? Very bland
