I love this brewery. They did a tremendous job renovating and keeping it looking like an old style monastery or medieval banquet hall, but modern. Cool seating with banquet tables for 10, large booths for 4 or 2 cubby’s in the wall for a romantic two seater. Service was excellent. Food was just ok for me. The Mac and cheese had a sweet flavor and I wanted it more gooey. My mule tasted good but came in a glass, not a copper mug which is strange. Overall it was a cool experience...
definitely recommend looking at the drink and food menu beforehand. Nothing was bad but its very niche, our bartender made several good recommendations and was very attentive. Food and drinks came out fast.

Also I would suggest going earlier in the week, since by Sunday evening some menu items are unavailable (a sign of freshness, but still a little disappointing)....
