This place is amazing and much better than Chipotle. It’s my favorite fast food place as well as Raising Canes. This is also much better than Taco Bell too. I’m addicted to Bibibop.

I usually go to the one in canton which is a staple for my husband and I. The one in kent is much closer to our house. But we dont come here very often as its not a very good location. The location is usually clean and orderly. But the staff can be very blah and like they hate their jobs. But the worst part that keeps us from this location is the portion size. It is so small compared to the canton location, they are extremely stingy here on their portions. Their portions are very inconsistent. Personally I dont understand the checkout girl wearing gloves either when she touches her hair and fixes her ponytail then proceeds to touch everything with her gloved hands anyways.

every time I go to this store I pray that a certain African American man mid 20’s with a Gucci belt on isn’t working. He gives me absolutely abysmal service and rushes you when you take more than 5 seconds to order, I ended up messing up my order cause he’d scoff and roll his eyes at me if I took too long. I’ve never experienced worse service from anybody in my life.

Meh. This was my first time eating here (other than an event catered by my workplace) and it was fine. The meats were a little dry... I'm not sure what the hype is all about. Employees were friendly. Glad Kent has this to add some culinary diversity but I probably won't be back.

Honestly, everyone was wonderful and the food is incredible as always. Whatever manager was on staff today is an absolute prick to their workers though. Yelling constantly about the pettiest things. Clearly brought the mood down. Made other customers uncomfortable as well.

Love Bibibop. Going in the store and ordering is great, ordering for pickup works also. IT’S IMPOSSIBLE TO ORDER FOOD FOR DELIVERY. I hate it. And out of the few times you can get a delivery order go through, it’ll get canceled, like what happened tonight. Ordered at 4pm for delivery between 6-630. They canceled the order at 7pm. :-/ the rest of the time, the delivered order is made incorrectly. *sigh*. They’re so close to being THE best place to get food from, if their delivery service wasn’t so abysmal. 😣

10/10 would not recommend ordering from this location. I like Bibibop and have been to multiple other locations with no issues. We have eaten here twice since it opened and will not be returning. Both times the portions were about half of what I have gotten at other locations. The first time we went the staff members were alright, not super friendly/helpful but not rude either. Today the staff was incredibly rude. The guy adding the toppings in was the worst. He didnt talk to or acknowledge us, just grabbed our bowl in a line of people and acted like it was bothering him to add what we wanted. On top of the terrible customer service they were also out of a lot of toppings. Broccoli, onions, and eggs at a minimum. He wouldn't go in the back to get more either, just basically refused to serve us and moved to the next person. Definitely would not recommend eating here. And again I can't strees how small the portions were. The bowl wasn't even half full. I would add a picture to show you but I couldn't figure out how.
Update - I reached out to the guest service team like the owner replied to my comment asking me to do. Its been 7 weeks and never heard back from them
