Ordered turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, and stuffing. Simple. They somehow turned everything into grease covered, beyond drowned in water, barely edible, the only thing edible out of the entire meal was the 3 turkey slices they give you. I'm severely disappointed, and they definitely won't be hearing from me or my money again.

I had came here with my grandmother after a very long hard day at the hospital with my dog having complications and she was being hospitalized we hadn't ate all day been under tons of stress the worst snow storm we've had in years what's going on the stress level was unbearable but we had to get something to eat because Granny has diabetes we stopped and because we like the food at the spa muffins before we even got into the parking lot I see Brett Warner outside salting and shoveling the sidewalk for the customers to be able to come in to get away from the storm to be able to eat we get into the first parking spot he noticed here comes down the sidewalk clean it more for me am I 77-year-old grandmother before we even parked and got out of the motor vehicle businesses in Ohio do not treat people correctly they do not deal with the snow appropriately and when I'm telling you this man is running this business outstandingly I haven't seen this since I was a kid it's not hard to have southern hospitality now we go inside rayanne our server quick and patient she got our stuff to the table as manner she minded our special requests for drinks and foods unminded how we needed a minute the food was excellent she kept coming around filling up our drinks and checking on us before we could even ask for something she already had brought in it to the table or was asking us if we needed it the service here is outstanding the food as just how it should have done and then Brett Warner comes around and asks to make sure that we're doing well on top of it it's almost like these people care so much taking so much time out to read the room and actually tend to customer as all businesses should I applaud this people for just being chivalrous and I was very thankful after everything I've been through all day to be able to settle down a little bit to eat because when I'm upset I throw up and I don't eat and these people made it to where I ate almost my whole meal and my stomach was just so upset and turning because the dog was hospitalized my 16 year old dog and they helped me not even helped me sleep better at night mind you these people have no clue about how far we traveled from about how severe the drive was about how severe or what we have been through with the dog being hospitalized and it's just great to see and no and I'm truly thankful for people in the serving industry to be appropriate and cleanliness an actively doing things that are necessary for handicap like making sure the rugs aren't going to trip you when you come in the door and the floor is not wet because everyone's tracking in snow cuz no one will go clean the sidewalk and salt but I will tell you right now Brett Warner and Rayanna I am so thankful for you and I honestly thank God that we ran into you that we stop there because I truly needed that to see that they're still good people that care to see that there's still people doing their job and above no matter the money and to just be treated appropriately in a time of need

Food was NOT good. Small portions & probably the worst omelette I've tried to choke down. Service was sub-par as well. Had to wait so long for our check we probably could've just walked right outta there!

I ordered a chicken tender meal with mashed potatoes and broccoli and cheese for the side and a coffee. There is only two pieces on my meal and it was hard and dry. This was my first time eating at this location and it's my last. It's a shame because I just moved to this area a little while ago.
