Emily was my waitress and she was awesome. She is very compassionate and understanding. Also the server Maddie Koch is an excellent server also gives me my coffee when I come in. She is always smiling and always happy to help the other servers. Very family oriented restaurant! Bret the manger is great at doing table checks and his job! Definitely coming back!

Very poor service. 5-6 tables total in the restaurant and it was awesome 20 min wait for drinks, then another 40 to get served basic breakfast foods. Kept being told they were waiting on the pancakes. Probably won't be open much longer anyway, not often busy at all.

We were seated and waited over Half an hour for a waitress to come up to us and apologize that she completely forgot about us and that our meal would be on the house. Service was awful. It took another half an hour for them to bring my food out and then not once did she come up to the table and check and see if there’s anything else that we needed this place has gone downhill so far and it’s because of the employees. I can forget crappy food, but I will never forget terrible service that I had there. I will never be returning to this location and if you do go here, don’t be surprised if you’re treated less than.

Update: stopped in around 4:00 on a Wednesday afternoon. We were not treated and two waitresses were seen talking and snickering. After a few minutes, we left. This Bob Evans will not get another dime of our money..........Stopped in for lunch on a Tuesday afternnon. Hostess was friendly and ackowledged us immediately. Waiter was attentive and accomodating while the food was excellent as we have come to expect. Store seemed dated and worn....could use an update.

The cooks and the girls were so busy talking I got here at 420 and it took 10 minutes for someone to come over and ask what drinks we wanted and the food and they gave me the check without asking if I wanted anything to go it's now 520 and I'm still sitting down cause they are too busy talking about other people. I used to work for bob Evans as a cook myself and my other cook would have orders coming out left and right this place is just a no
