ordered mac and cheese. menu doesn’t say bacon. there was definitely bacon and as someone who doesn’t eat pork that’s a red flag. bartender Nate was amazing and did everything he could to accommodate to me. however when i talked to the “manager” michelle, she was rude and make a snarky comment as she was walking away. tried to tell me it wasn’t bacon. okay fine. i told her o wasn’t going to argue and if it was the smokey cheddar” which was described as SAUCE on the menu, why wasn’t it melted. It wasn’t the “skin of a tomato” as she also tried to tell me. the skin was on all of the tomatoes. i took one bite and sent it back, wasn’t rude at all i was very respectful. and all she had was “i can do half off”. I said, and i quote “I didn’t eat it, i’m not paying for it.” Her response was “well you ordered it so someone’s paying for it”. I have worked in the food industry for quite some time and even being half of this woman’s age I would NEVER talk to a guest that way. She didn’t offer me anything else or any other accommodations. Put Nate as a general manager not this woman. ruined my experience. won’t be back.

All the bots and AI must be working for previous reviews !.
Appetizers: Calamari tasted like they came freshly microwaved from a deep frozen big box store container. Brussel sprouts looked and tasted like deep-fried bitter foul-smelling croutons with mayo dressing.
Main course: dont know if there is a category lower than pizza pan, but this tomato basil pizza topped it. Spaghetti and meatballs did not top chef boyardee in a can, but that is being liberal with what you would classify as spagetti sauce. Pasta with mushroom sauce certainly was crying for magic mushrooms or another means to save face and wallow in its down dry character.
What was supposed to be a family dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday was a total letdown .

One of our go-to dinner spots in all the years we have lived in Kent! The food is great and service is always friendly. Great atmosphere for a date night.
I do feel like the later in the evening you go, the quality of both the service and the food diminish. Like they are just in a rush to clean and close, even by like 9pm. And the menu could use a refresh, it’s basically been the same for like 3 years. But all in all, I recommend this place to everyone

Every single dish we have had here was excellent. Steaks are on point; seafood and pasta, excellent. Wait staff was attentive and kind. Mixed drinks were perfection. This may be my favorite restaurant in Kent.

Parking: Paid garage across the street is safe.

We had dinner here twice this year before a concert at the Kent Stage and enjoyed both times. The atmosphere is nice and the food is delicious. The servers were very attentive, both times . It was a very enjoyable experience.

Bricco is one of my favorites. Great service even with a party of 15.

Had a reservation it table not ready. Waited over 20 minutes to be seated at table for four when we had 5. Waited for waitress to come to table. Would not take our food order until she got drinks. Waited a while for her to return. Food was not good. French fries and chicken too salty. Will not return or recommend

Saturday nights are not our best at Bricco Kent. We go there ALOT. Seems like if the kitchen gets behind serving large groups, the other tables get in line behind the large parties. Nevertheless, the frying was not up to par last night (soggy tater tots!) and I never got my salmon. Only mention because we do go a lot and have a comparison.

We reserved the private party room on Friday for my grandmothers 90th birthday. Stacy was very helpful with the planning process. The room was the perfect space, Michelle was our server and did an amazing job. She was thorough and on top of everything even with many kids running around her. Food was delicious and hot. We will be back!

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, great menu choices for kids.

Both of our entrees were overcooked (bone- in pork chop & bourbon glazed salmon). Appetizer was good, risotto balls. Risotto with salmon entree not so much, very mushy.

I have to assume the kitchen was shortstaffed. We waited 25 minutes for a spinach artichoke dip. By the time our pizza arrived, we had a take-out box as we waited even longer (maybe 40 minutes?) as we had to leave for a concert. We had allowed 90 minutes to spend there but apparently that wasn't enough. And the bottom of the pizza was burnt black in many places. One and done. I wasn't expecting great food as it is a chain, but the time wait was ridiculous.

Took awhile to get our food, but it was a concert night at the Kent Stage. Our server was great came by several times to check on us and update us on our food. She really did a good job

We had a nice dinner at Bricco!! I absolutely love the ricotta pasta bake. I normally don't finish an entire plate of pasta but this time I totally ate it all and stopped up the delicious sauce with the bread that was included in the dinner. When I'm back in Kent I would totally order this again! Our server took good care of us also

My wife, daughter, and I came on a Tuesday night (645pm). No wait, we were seated immediately. The place was not busy at all.

We were given water in small glasses and we put in an order for appetizers, spinach artichoke dip that came with pita pieces ($8).

Later, another server gave us a pitcher of water rather than having to wait for refills.

My wife ordered a white chicken pizza ($16), side of rosemary truffle tots ($6), my daughter got a side Caesar salad with grilled chicken ($12), and I ordered the 12oz strip steak that came with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans ($29). The pizza and tots were very good, daughter enjoyed the salad. My steak, ordered medium, was closer to medium well. Not a deal breaker since it was seasoned well. Green beans were ok. Mashed potatoes were fine.

For dessert, my daughter got the brownie cheesecake ($8).

Overall, it was an enjoyable meal. Total came to $84 and change.

Our server, Michelle R, was terrific. Friendly and polite.

Will likely come again.
