The sourdough bread is the best, perfectly crusty on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside, with many breads being organic. The multigrain sourdough with extra seeds is a staple, with customers driving 30 plus miles a week to pick up bread and other delicious offerings. The stollen was outstanding, as were the dinner rolls, excellent quiche, danish, scones, and heavenly shortbread cookies. It's a bit of a drive, but so very worth it for the incredible, fresh, delicious bread and lovely calm atmosphere.
