Bread is good and heavy and has a good texture always. Its fresh bread so I like to eat it within couple days.

Long line tells you pretty much all. Couldn't believe how beautiful their breads were. Looked super crispy and near perfect and what I've had tasted the same. Store made volkornbrot is hard to find as are several of their other breads.

Who would have thought a ‘peach & lavender’ danish. It was wonderful. I ate it while I was trying to drive out of the fox holes in the parking lot . Our relative comes from Russia & now lives in another state; but each time she visits, she MUST go to your bread shop. We love your bread.

We just purchased our first order for Christmas and everything was absolutely incredible. The stollen was outstanding as were the dinner rolls. Excellent quiche, danish and scones. The shortbread cookies were heavenly. Can’t wait to try the pizza and the pretzels. It’s a bit of a drive for us but so very worth it!

This bakery is absolutely amazing! Their sourdough bread is the best I’ve ever had—perfectly crusty on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside. Knowing that most breads are organic makes it even better. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is cozy, and the variety of baked goods is incredible. Highly recommend for anyone who loves fresh, delicious bread!
