Overall great service and food! The employees are all friendly and helpful. Our server Brynn was amazing. We did have a mess up on our wings but the manager, Manar, was very accommodating and extremely nice. Definitely recommend this place!

Manar the supervisor was beyond rude. The food that came out with my order was not what I ordered at all. My party was finished eating before I even got the correct meal that I ordered. Needless to say I will never be back. The streetsboro location is 1 million times better.

All Hype.Not good at all .Ordered Chicken Ceaser Salad which was ok. But it was mostly just lettuce with part of a dry chicken breast on top.Do Not order the Beer Cheese Steak.Yipes they dumped cheap cheese whizz on it.Didnt have much flavor other than the cheese whizz cheap tasting couldn't eat it . Not much meat on it either . Priced ridiculously high .Don't order Beef in a Chicken Place .Lesson Learned .We Do Not recommend

Ordered chicken wrap from store in Kent. When opened box, a fly flew out. Then a fly crawled out of my chicken wrap. I just called store to get them know, asking for nothing. Manager was rude. Just said that's impossible and hung up. Would not recommend.

Avoid this location at all costs. Took the family there for dinner to celebrate a birthday and it was the worst experience we have had in a long time. Only one server was working the entire floor. Drinks sat on the bar for twenty minutes before they were brought to the table. Our server had to take our order three times before she entered into the computer. She accidentally spilled and entire soft drink on the lap of my son and literally laughed before apologizing later. Left the spilled drink on the floor to walk through and potentially slip. I will gladly drive out of my way to avoid this location. Absolutely terrible

The worst wings I've ever had! Dried out, sauce less, hard, tiny little sparrow wings! Not at all like they used to be! Get a new manager and teach your people how to make wings! I won't be back!

We drove BACK to get our missing items, to come home to find that the original order dessert didn’t have all the parts. Every single time we go there it’s a mess. Our kid talks us into going back. :/

Ther service was great she did amazing the food was excellent. We ordered apps the pretzel knots. Loaded tots and mozzarella sticks all hot and good. Ordered wings they had a special buy some get some 50% off so we did that and then got a triple burger and a wrap and frys all came out hot and delicious. The place was clean. We ordered to drinks they were good they were heavy on the pour lol got tipsy off the one drink.

Went for a friend's birthday yesterday, group of 6. Our server was this older, short, lady. She was polite but someone at our table saw her standing there for awhile after her other table left. Our burgers and fries were cold. I asked for onions and no tomato and this didn't happen.
I was fine with it until the birthday girl got her wings and it was the wrong order. The waitress fixed her order as soon as I said something which was great, but it didn't really help the fact our burgers weren't warm and there shouldnt have been 3 mistakes with our order. One of the regulars that comes here said she's never had service this bad before.
Good server tables were dirty wobbly small had to move to different table, food was good service was ok. Would go back but not out of my

Just ordered 2x 6 boneless wings, one had 5 one had 4. Got mozz sticks as well. Food was old and cold. Barely any sauce on the wings, my ranch and my marinara sauce were warmer than my food
