I went here to get some food, I got the dragon mozzarella sticks (amazing) and the chicken sandwich. Originally, I had asked for it without Tomato, but changed my mind at the window, and asked for no sauce, either. The woman at the window was very nice about it, and I apologized for asking so late. They had already made it with sauce on it, and she told me it would be around a 6 minute wait, because they needed to drop more chicken. I was completely okay with waiting, and she told me to pull forward and wait, and that she would bring it out to me.
I figured Iād go inside and wait, so she didnāt have to come outside to bring my food to me. I didnāt mind waiting or coming inside. After waiting about 30 seconds, the manager (who was sitting in the dining room doing nothing, while playing on his phone) walked up the the woman and started telling her that she needed to āstop playing aroundā multiple times. He apologized to me and tried to take my order, and I told him I was just waiting for my order I had already placed. He walked away and started rushing and yelling at the woman, and proceeded to apologize to me for the wait. I told him I donāt mind at all. He told her she should quit and that he can run the place on his own. I thought that was really unprofessional and unfair, especially since the manager didnāt have any idea what the situation was, nor did he attempt to figure it out. The woman that took my order was very, very nice. She deserves better.
Regardless, the food is great! I love this place. But a change in management or management tactics may be in order.

Amazing service. Cody was an awesome employee and he even helped me order something off the menu when the app would not work. Extremely friendly and welcoming as well.
When I asked about the taste of the chicken frys, he made one free of charge as a tasting sample.
Restaurant is very clean and quiet inside.
Ignore the older bad reviews, this place is the best Burger King I have visited to date.

Normally things are not too bad here. This last visit was a little crazy. I had to go back threw the line 3 times to get my whole order.

The people there are super friendly and very helpful. The dining area is clean, the kitchen looks well preserved, but the parking lot and drive-thru, are full of pot holes a broken asphalt. Someone should fix that and spruce up the place. Help people notice this gem of a Burger King.

The managers are super sweet, and the food is always fresh. This is by far the best Burger King Iāve ever been to, Dominic and Cody are very sweet.

When you come into this Burger King location, it looks really nice and clean. However, Dominic Cassidy & staff were incredibly rude. Didn't even greet us or anything, gave us a hard time with our coupon, and mumbled/grunted when we asked for cheese on our whopper. What's the problem? You work here.

Placed an online order. Waited 10 minutes. 5 minute drive. Still was told to pull over for more than 5 more minutes. Was told they were busy. Not ONE car pulled into the drive thru while I was there. ONE car in the parking lot. Was told they were short staffed. I thought that excuse went out with covid. Seriously? Get these people more help!!
I really enjoy the location on S. Waters St. in Kent. Its never overly busy so they invest the effort into customer service and food preparation. The managers are polite and diligent in response to questions. The service staff is full of smiles that give this location a relaxed vibe.

Young kid doing sandwiches had dangling ear buds and every time he'd move his ear buds would hit against everybody's sandwiches. Absolutely disgusting and wild the manager on duty (grey haired guy) would allow this. Won't be back.

I went here for the first time in months. The first hamburger I ordered had no condiments at all. Gave a second chance. Mistake. Food was cold. Bun was stale and fries barely warm.
