After waiting in the drive through line for a total of 45 minutes I received my cold food. Also I’d like to note once you’re in line there is no way to get out of it.

That was disappointing! Ordered a BK King combo only to find a Whopper Jr in the bag once I got home. Food wasn't bad so not going to give 1 star, but boy did I get ripped off! Could have gone back but it's 15 minutes away and I was only out for my lunch break. I imagine someone got my BK King and had a great day!

Absolutely terrible. I called 2x to try to speak with someone about my order and got hung up on 2x. Asked for no sauce on my chicken and they took everything off and spit on my sandwich. Absolutely disgusted with this!

I placed my order through the app prior to arriving. I went through the drive-thru to pick up my order and had to wait and wait and wait. I was in line for over 10 minutes only to get to the window and be told that I had to wait even longer because they had to make more fries. I had to get back to work, so I left without my food. I then attempted to get my money refunded through the app, but apparently refunds are not possible at all if you use the app. I recommend not going to this location and definitely not using the app.

Go to Streetsboro Burger King. It may be out of the way, but just going from here to there, Brimfield’s really iffy. The fries were hard and the cookies could be used to scrape the grout out of their floors. Also the inconsistency from person to person making my food when I ask for the same thing. It’s like how people say you’ll never get the same drink from Starbucks unless your favorite person is working. I don’t even want to go in to the wait time in the drive though

This location you can really tell the manager is on top of it. Clean even the restrooms were clean. Employees thanked you for my order. Meal was prepared correctly.
