I had no online order even though I showed it on my phone after I told her multiple times what I ordered my name and the order number she finally found it in the system and then gave me an attitude because they had to remake the food Did not catch your name

We were the only car in the drive-through when we showed up. They took our order, which went as expected. Once we pulled to the window, they took payment and immediately gave us the drinks. Then it turned. We waited 15+ minutes for 2 sandwich combos. Mind you, this was mid-morning on a weekend with nobody else in line and a relatively empty parking lot. In the meantime, the drive-through backed up beyond the building. As someone else stated, once you're in line, you can't get out to leave if you're not first. Once the food finally came, the sandwiches were very thrown together, with one having an extremely greasy outside wrapper. There are plenty of other options around to consider...

Ordered ahead on the app and the food was ready when I walked in. The food was nice and hot and made to specifications. I always order my sandwiches with only ketchup and mustard and half the time they are wrong. There was a ton of ketchup and mustard on it, but I like it that way so I didn't mind. There was a person inside eating that was playing music on his phone which was kind of annoying, but overall a great lunch.
I just stopped at Burger King this afternoon on my lunch break and was greeted by a wonderful and beautiful girl named Shay immediately when I walked through the door! She was glowing with positivity and instantly gave me a feeling of being welcomed and appreciated. The food was hot and fresh and her and I chatted while she was taking my order and I had such a good interaction with her that I wanted to make sure she was recognized for her wonderful personality and excellent level of service. It's not often you walk in somewhere and feel like your business is appreciated right away. I have over 20 years in the restaurant business and I like to use Google reviews to make sure excellent employees are recognized. Shay is the type of girl it's meant to be a leader in my opinion.
