Unfortunately it seems the staff at 9:10 was trying to close early and had ALL OF THE CHAIRS on top of the tables making no comfortable or open places to sit. I would like to think maybe they were cleaning the floor but that is not the case. When I went to order my steak bowl the young lady helped me barely put any portions in and by the time it was done it looked like 1/2 the size it should be. My suspicion in that they were trying to conserve inventory so they didn't need to make more for the night.... They also only had 3 bags of chips left that one of the employees pointed out. (Probably since they were so excited to close in an hour and fourty five minutes that they didn't want to make any more) If I managed this store I would rethink the late night staff since they don't seem to want to do their job but rather plan an early close.

If you are ok with a grown man yelling at children to the point they cry then go ahead and eat here. There was a long line to game stop due to the release of a new product everyone wanted. This employee screamed at the kids who were blocking the door and once we were inside the game stop, followed the entire line into game stop to harass them some more. I don’t understand why this person thought it was appropriate to do so but when I called to speak to someone about it I could hear them mocking me on the line due to them forgetting to put me on mute.

My boyfriend ordered a barbacoa bowl last Thursday, 12/19/24 around 9 pm and he got a food poisoning. He started feeling sick 30 minutes after consuming the food and vomited multiple times. He was sick all day Friday and Saturday. We reported the incident to Portage county health department and Chipotle. A corporate Chipotle rep called only to collect the information of the incident to improve their operations and did not even ask if he was okay. They are a big conglomerate and no one cares anymore. We will not go to any Chipotle locations in the future.

store is clean, steak and chicken both always all fat, service would be negative stars if i could. i went in and got a burrito with double steak and chicken, i watch her put half a scoop of each on and ask her if that’s normal for double to be ignored and asked what salsas i wanted, i figured ok she prob just isn’t listening and i’ll pay for half and half NO, the insisted it was double meat, not to mention the miniscule amount of meat i paid for is 75% fat and made the burrito inedible

Smallest portions possible. Total food amount was like 1 1/2 cups in each bowl. Food never had contact with the lid. Food was dried up and lackluster. Wish I would have taken photos. This was at Brimfield location. In addition, the atmosphere was heavy with distress behind the counter. Not a happy place. And the place looked filthy. Done

Portions and the quality of the meal is completely dependent on who serves you. Some care about portioning and some don't at this Chipotle. Overall it's good but do watch how much of each ingredient is given. It's rather haphazard

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Chipotle! Not only was I overcharged – my order should’ve been $11 but somehow came out to a staggering $16.47 – but to add insult to injury, they basically called me fat doing that. I couldn’t believe it. I double-checked my receipt and prices, and the math just doesn’t add up. Between the unexpected charges and the completely unprofessional treatment, I left feeling disrespected and upset. Customer service was nonexistent, and the lack of basic respect is honestly shocking. Update to really rub salt in the burn they put meat in queso! I’m vegetarian ?
