In recent years it seems like the portions at most Chipotle are smaller than in the past and the food quality has diminished. I typically eat at other Chipotles but tried the one in Brimfeld yesterday for the first time.
Finally I had a meal that was prepared correctly and got what I paid for. This was the best meal we have had at this chain since the early days when they first came out. We will definitely return here in the future.

I have been to 44 states and this is BY FAR the best chipotle I’ve ever been to. Fast! Efficient! Friendly! You can just tell the people here love their freaking jobs. Incredible. I’m gonna write an email to the ceo telling them this chipotle in Ohio is truly “the heart of it all”

I’ve gone to this chipotle my whole life.. Today I had went in to order both of my chicken bowls and a large chips. They had CHARGED me for my large chips and not put it in the bag… Well I didn’t notice till I got home. I spent 20 minutes on the phone and 20 minutes on the app that gave me 0 resolution. So I had to drive back to the place to get my “refund” that was only $2!! I was also supposed to know to bring the food back. I brought back 1 BOWL to show I barely ate and he THREW IT AWAY! Without asking me and without giving me my refund FOR THE FOOD HE THREW AWAY. There was plenty of customers listening and I hope they take note of this chipotle. I then told him I would leave a review in his face twice. He didn’t even offer me some queso with the chips he forgot to put in the bag. So here it is new manager. I hope you don’t keep your job for long!

McDonald’s has better customer service than this. I had gotten a smoothie when my food was messed up. But nooo not at chipotle they wanna only give me a refund for my chips.. but their food isn’t good with a fork.. you need the chips! So with that being said I told the manager I need chips in order to eat my bowl. And he told me if I showed him the food I would get a refund and I gave him my untouched food and he did not give me my refund for it like he had told me and he decided to throw it away. So not only did I not get a refund for my bowl but he also throw my food that I paid for away..?!? AND I had told the manager I would be leaving a review, no reaction shocker! Oh and just wait!! One more, DO NOT go to Chipotle past 8, they either A, won’t have any of the food options you want.. or B they don’t give you enough food or the food isnt cooked enough..

Unfortunately it seems the staff at 9:10 was trying to close early and had ALL OF THE CHAIRS on top of the tables making no comfortable or open places to sit. I would like to think maybe they were cleaning the floor but that is not the case. When I went to order my steak bowl the young lady helped me barely put any portions in and by the time it was done it looked like 1/2 the size it should be. My suspicion in that they were trying to conserve inventory so they didn't need to make more for the night.... They also only had 3 bags of chips left that one of the employees pointed out. (Probably since they were so excited to close in an hour and fourty five minutes that they didn't want to make any more) If I managed this store I would rethink the late night staff since they don't seem to want to do their job but rather plan an early close.

If you are ok with a grown man yelling at children to the point they cry then go ahead and eat here. There was a long line to game stop due to the release of a new product everyone wanted. This employee screamed at the kids who were blocking the door and once we were inside the game stop, followed the entire line into game stop to harass them some more. I don’t understand why this person thought it was appropriate to do so but when I called to speak to someone about it I could hear them mocking me on the line due to them forgetting to put me on mute.
