Don’t order for pick up. I hate complaining but I had a pickup order that said that it was ready to be picked up when I got there, and to get it from the pickup shelf. I walked in and there were no orders on the pickup shelf so I stood by the register waiting for the little bit of a rush that they were having would pass so I could ask about my food. Another pickup customer eventually walked in and stood next to me. Again no food on the pickup shelf. Once the line was completely gone we were finally addressed and our food was ready the whole time but we couldn’t get it until all the customers in line were taken care of. My food was ice cold by the time I got it. What’s the point of the pickup shelf if the take out specialist isn’t going to use it? And why would the app tell me that it’s on the shelf when it isn’t? Not ordering take out again

So my cousin was telling me that this may be the worst employeed and ran chipotle of all time so I had to go see for myself! He was not wrong lmao the 2 young ladies working the line obviously hate there job and had sour attitudes so it was only right they had to skimp you on ingredient .. I just had to laugh how bad it is ... manager looked clueless

The staff here is super friendly and nice, and the prices are pretty reasonable. The food at this Chipotle is always fresh and packed with flavor—never stale! I really enjoy eating here, but there have been a couple of minor issues. The chips can be a bit hit or miss; sometimes they’re perfectly crisp and golden, but other times they end up being a little stale. One time, I even found a piece of plastic in my burrito, which was probably just a stray bit from a sauce bottle. Even with that, the overall food quality is still really good, and I love the inviting vibe of the place. The staff always greet you warmly, making it a welcoming spot. Plus, with the prices being reasonable, it’s a great place for a tasty meal.

every single time i mobile order i ask for extra white rice and i have never actually gotten extra white rice. they do not even give me enough rice for one regular portion. not to mention the chips are soggy and not even cooked all the way. im paying money for this and like a lot of customers at the kent chipotle i am a broke college student just trying to get a meal!! these people hate their job and it’s very obvious

I got Chipotle yesterday after class from the drive-through. Everything was fine, and my food was out quickly. However, when I got home, the chicken in my quesadilla was all over the place, but since I paid like $10, obviously, I am gonna eat it anyway. Immediately after I finished, my stomach hurt, I thought it was because I ate too much, but about an hour later, my stomach was killing me, and I was throwing up constantly. I ended up in the ER with food poisoning, and that was the only thing I ate that day. I was in the ER until 3 am, and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. I will probably never be able to eat here again.

Quite possibly the worst chipotle in a 10 mile radius of KSU. Worst staff of any restaurant I’ve been to and rude as can be. Skimp on portions no matter how many times you ask for more, they rush you in and out and don’t even have the courage to smile. If any of you bums read this- pick a new job. I hate going here and haven’t in about a month now. I was charged $22 for just a normal bowl with “extra” “brisket”. Unreal. Chipotle itself is great and I normally have great experiences, but this one is down right sorry. Would give 0 stars if possible.
