This is by far the worst chipotle ever! Consistently bad! If you order for pick up, you will be ripped off! They do not care at all about the quality of your food! It sucks because this one is closer to my house. But do yourself a favor and drive to the one in Stow! It’s so much better! These college kids could care less about your food experience or customer service! If I could give zero stars I would!

This is my favorite Chipotle !! The portions are always amazing and the food is always fresh. I always go through the drive thru lane so I’ve never be inside, but the drive thru service is incredible.

I’ve ordered from here many times and every single time they’ve got my order wrong. This time they handed me a bowl of rice. Nothing else just rice. The woman at the counter decided to check her phone and make me wait five minutes until i could order once i got the food (rice) it was cold and the order was completely wrong. The first time i ordered from here they gave me half a bowl with no chicken, beans cheese or lettuce. There was more hair in the bowl than chicken.

I genuinely don't understand all of the negative reviews. I am a regular here, and every time I order, they hit me up with great portions. The staff is insanely friendly and I enjoy coming in every time. The only thing I notice is the dining room is consistently a mess, making me not want to sit down and eat, but sometimes I will sit and eat outside.

Love Chipotle, but today was embarrassing. Paid for double and the server gave me less than half a scoop of chicken — shook the spoon three times before dropping it. It’s not coming out of their paycheck, but it’s coming out of mine. Unreal. Hard to want to come back when I’m getting skimped like this.
The other reviews say it all. Terrible chipotle here. Food is consistently bad. Drive to stow and get twice as much food for the same price. Not that you would want it here with how often they send out undercooked chicken. Don't trust the chicken. Was just here, someone left something in the oven and whole place filled with smoke while I wait for my half scoop of white rice.

Out of all of the chipotles i’ve been to, this is definitely one of the best. There’s usually a pretty long line but they can get through it quickly, and they don’t run out of things usually. Not super expensive either! Definitely a great place to grab lunch or dinner.
