The place gets pretty packed at every hour but you are still served quickly and with consideration. Never had a wrong order. My only yip is that I had kindly called in a few days ago requesting if i could get in contact with the person playing music in the store, left my phone number and some compliments but received no response or info on the music that was playing. Ouch.

So much better here than the Akron location which can't get a single order right. I ask for substitution because of allergies or add topping pay extra and get nothing I asked for. ended up throwing away half a dozen orders. I just wish Kent could deliver to Akron that way I could still get it occasionally at this point I refuse to waste more money at the Akron location.

I was excited to try this place after it showed up on my for you page. But , unfortunately it did not live up to that. The calzones are jokingly small. I actually laughed when I opened the box . After getting over that the dough had zero taste and the ingredients were sparce. I regret to say a pizzone from pizza hut would be a better choice...yikes.

Food is pretty good, unfortunately they delivery through Door Dash, which means there's a 50/50 chance you'll get your food. In my case, it disappeared. Had to go pick it up after it was remade and an hour late. They compensated me for the price which was fair.

This place went down. Their Calzones had every little pepperoni, and the dough was tasteless. The guy acted like he was high, won't be going back.

On 2/13/24 I decided to take a completely different route home from a long appointment at Cleveland clinic so I could get vegan calzones. We go in DP Dough and the young man is friendly and kind. We drive 45 minutes to get home and I open my calzone and it’s full of onions. I cannot eat onions. I called and the same young man comped it. Half way through my husband’s calzone he starts spitting out a pink meat that was ham or salami. When you’re vegan you understand how traumatizing this can be. I message DP dough. They offer to refund my whole order( refund takes 8 days to go thru). There’s no apology or anything. Just a dry we will share this with our team. We went out of our way to get vegan food after a long day at the hospital and still had to figure another meal out. I f don’t think I’ll visit this establishment anymore. I wouldn’t recommend it for vegans or vegetarians as the cross contamination did happen to us.****editing this review. They did return my money to my bank in the form of a check ( though I used a debit card) . Their check did not clear at my bank and I lost the refund $ PLUS a service fee for THEIR check bouncing! I called and asked for the owners number. They took my number for the manager to call me. He never did. They are not responding to messages. It’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever had happen to me and I am debating whether to contact the better business bureau.
