this used to be my favorite spot to come after the bars. The one girl Julia who used to work there was absolutely amazing. so fast and always accommodating but now it’s just a ton of rude old guys that cuss you out and the food taste not like it used to. She was THE best. BRING HER BACK!!

The calzone and rolls were delicious. The cheese melted in my mouth. The strawberry milkshake I ordered wasn't properly mixed, it was half white and half pink, so it was difficult to drink, but it tasted great! The staff member working was screaming and cussing in the back and making comments under his breath about people, which was a little uncomfortable, but the food was so good. Ordered here again and found out after waiting over an hour that they don’t have delivery drivers, they only use DoorDash. I ordered at 2:30am and never got my order and have to wait for a refund.

Absolutely horrible management. Such a shame because the food and the young man working the counter were both enjoyable at my most recent visit. Todd, the manager, had a tone with his staff and customers and almost made me and my friends feel like an inconvenience. It was late at night and we had been drinking but we were still respectful of them and their space. Such a shame.

The place gets pretty packed at every hour but you are still served quickly and with consideration. Never had a wrong order. My only yip is that I had kindly called in a few days ago requesting if i could get in contact with the person playing music in the store, left my phone number and some compliments but received no response or info on the music that was playing. Ouch.

So much better here than the Akron location which can't get a single order right. I ask for substitution because of allergies or add topping pay extra and get nothing I asked for. ended up throwing away half a dozen orders. I just wish Kent could deliver to Akron that way I could still get it occasionally at this point I refuse to waste more money at the Akron location.
