I had a experience of a lifetime, I just got done playing basketball and was hot and wanted a cold treat, I walked inside and was greeted by the super pretty cashier Kendall, she took my order and I had a ice cream cone in no time, this was a great experience and I will definitely come back and tell others to come!

Girl at the drive through left her mic on as we pulled away and said “Like Jesus” when we only ordered two things. Very unprofessional. At least turn your microphone off if you’re going to be rude to customers.
Further, we definitely got overcharged because there is no way a dilly bar and a small blizzard is $9.

I understand that working customer service can be very difficult but there is a level of patience that everyone should show to every guest. "Suzie" and "Sally", as they said their names were to the gentleman that was having issues with the establishment, were very unprofessional and honestly childish in how they handled his issues. From what my wife and I overheard he had tried to place a mobile order for at least $5 to then get a $1 sundae. It didn't let him opt for the promo so only his burgers came through and he was trying to get answers as to what happened and ultimately wanted a refund. When we came in he was asking them to refund it and they explained that he would have to call corporate which confused him and they were treating him like he was an idiot honestly and like the entire thing was a joke and a waste of their time. They gave the fake names and then when he asked for a store number "Sally" said 1234 and then when he asked again she said 5678. Again I understand upset customers are not fun but the entire situation was not handled well and caused my wife and I to leave because they acted like awful brats towards the gentleman. Sure he needed to call corporate but patience goes a long way.
