A stable of the kent dive bar scene with plenty of pool tables and their signature Dom Bomb Shot. It's a very loud party environment. Like many of the other bars in kent. The bar tenders here are very friendly. With parking being all street parking since it is in downtown kent.
This is my 4th year playing Dominick's for the 11th Annual Kent BluesFest. I have played hundreds of Festivals, and the Kent BluesFest is by far the best. Over 26 venues, 30 great bands and it's all FREE.
Came in on a Sunday fully anticipating to buy a drink or 2 and pay for a couple games of pool. They had a deal on sundays where you just buy drinks and you can play pool for free. Well everybody I was with had only one drink and we were playing a couple games of pool. I went up to ask for a couple waters so that my friends and I could sober up to go home, and the owner was telling me that we were abusing his special that he had going on and I walked away with no water.
