What the hell ever happened to just picking up the phone at the pizza parlor? I don’t want to hear about all the “deals” or “up charges” for this and that for 7 mins before I can get ahold of someone at the store. At that point I don’t even want to order anymore. There’s zero options to get ahold of anybody manually on the phone.

I used to use Dominoes in Ravenna and never had a problem. First time ordering from Kent. We were out of town for a week and didn’t have any food in the house. I assumed ordering from Dominoes would be my fastest, most reliable option, like it was in Ravenna. An hour later, I have a crying kid and no food after driver couldn’t find my address (a problem I haven’t had with any other delivery) and claimed to have called me (he didn’t). The manager had him return to the store since they “have a lot of orders.”
I rarely leave low reviews but I wanted to be sure that any other parents don’t make the mistake of ordering from here if they don’t have a backup in the freezer. I’m guessing being a college town, they have a different business model and priorities than the Ravenna branch. The manager attempted to be diplomatic, but it’s clear they don’t have the staffing and protocols in place to handle busy nights.

they canceled my order without even trying to contact me leaving me waiting and waiting and waiting before someone finally told me i would not be receiving my food. as a customer who orders almost daily i am extremely disappointed and will be ordering elsewhere from now on, a little transparency goes a long way next time call the person when you decide to be lazy

Ordered 2 pizza's and 8 wings a week ago. And I have never been so displeased about how bad the pizza and wing's tasted. 1. The pizza was way to salty and barely any sauce. 2 the wings , the sauce was way to thick and the wings were small. The only thing good was that they were on time. I will never buy from them again. Very Disappointed!!!
Editing my original review (1 star to 3 stars) After writing the original review I went to the store and handed back both chicken orders (minus the one to two pieces we tried) at the counter. The shift manager and district manager were apologetic for the poor customer service and offered a credit.
Ordered pizzas and specialty chicken. The bbq bacon chicken and the buffalo chicken. The breading was mushy and undercooked. It tasted off - like freezer. No one in my household would eat either. I called the restaurant and they hung up on me TWICE. This is the last Domino's order for us.

Drivers whom take 25 mins to deliver within 1.5 miles are wasting the stores time and money. Should be delivered as quickly as possible to ensure freshness. Not this oh well you're close enough I'll just waste time in the parking lot

Fast friendly people food really good compared to years ago plain easy to get to Great-great-great great great-great-great great-great deals Very affordable It is hard to believe how fast it can get your food out and the quality is there I don't know how they do it
Great services and food every time i order (better than other pizza joints). Even when they are closing soon, they provide the best service and food. I got late to pickup my order at midnight and they still waited for me to show up. Appreciate your efforts guys
