The staff here deserves 10 stars!!! I placed a mobile order for my cousin to pick up because it is her birthday! I called the store and asked if they could write happy birthday on the cup! Just for something a little special! The person I spoke too was so eager to do so and extremely friendly!!! Not only did they write on the cup, they also gathered around the drive thru window to yell happy birthday, and also gave her a donut on them!!! They didn’t have to do any of it at all, but THEY DID!!!!

Food is terrible. I always get coffee and a donut. The girls are extremely rude and short. Management needs to do something about these attitudes! I wait 10 minutes in line every day. It’s fast food right??? When going inside you will wait a while before someone even looks at you. Corporate needs to take a look closely at this store. Most reviews are poor. Wild how this location is still open!

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts on earth. They don’t make their own donuts. The ones they get are shipped in and they are stale. not even good at all. And today is the second time I've gotten a spoilerd choc milk out of there cooler

As always, Dunkin is perfect and made my day! I have to have my iced coffee every day so I feel like they know me. They treat me like a celebrity so that's nice service.
I was told by management that because I had previously complained that three times before noon I was told they were out of doughnuts. So the manager tried to make amends by offering me six free doughnuts next time I came in. Well I went today to get the free doughnuts and the girls at window said we never run out of doughnuts so the would not honor the request. This is the Dunkin on water street in Kent

This place sucks big time me and my fiancè went 10-15 minutes before they closed at 9pm and they tell me that they already dumped the coffee and they are no longer serving and she gave me attitude about it too like really you should be cleaning up exactly at 9pm not 15-10 mins early will not be back at this location Ever!
