Please go to the Dunkin on Tallmadge Circle instead. This location is absolutely terrible. I’d give zero stars if I could. There are no donuts left after 11 AM, the drinks are not full when served, the sandwiches are incredibly burnt, the day and evening employees are rude, there is no working phone number to reach the store to place a large order….just awful!

Food quality is hit and miss. Burnt croissants, flavor or sugar/creamer left out of coffee… Giving us things that we know they wouldn’t eat or drink themselves. We were excited that this place was opening up just down the street but we find ourselves going back to the one on the circle more and more bc it’s more consistent, plus the staff is friendlier.

Update: two weeks later, and employees are still wearing perfume. There needs to be some policy that prevent employees from wearing strong perfume while working. It transfers to the lid of the drink. It is literally filling up the car with the smell as i am writing this. Aside from tasting horrible, it also triggers my green headaches in a lot of people.

Says they are open at 5am went around 5:45am just to be told there was no manager at the location that the employee was alone and could not take transactions. Not blaming the employee at all they showed up for work but definitely need better management. Had to go to the Starbucks across the street

Customer service is never an issue. The Espresso machine has been down for over a week. This is a coffee shop and their machine has been down that whole time. I've ordered 4 times through here and they never tell me I cant get my order until I get to the window. Then im stuck paying for something I didn't want. I wont be returning to this location.

Past few times I have been there. They have not made my drinks properly. Food was cold and when said something about it, I got attitude. I called the manager and got another attitude. I don’t recommend the store for Anybody to go to
