This morning, around 10:28, I went to grab three coffees. An older lady who seemed really tired and wasn't very welcoming took my order. After I paid, she just told me to wait for my drinks. I waited for about five to seven minutes, and when I asked about my coffee, they told me to wait even longer. It turned out they hadn't even started making them yet! Since I was already late for my office, I had to leave without any coffee. 😥
I don't want to cause any trouble for the employees, but honestly, it feels like they could use a little more discipline to get things done faster. It just seemed like they were a bit unorganized.
Also, I know you work hard, but a small smile really makes a difference. It can brighten a customer's day. It's tough when the staff seems bored or angry. Anyway, I still appreciate all the hard work you do!

don't come here if you want to get your food quickly! every time without fail when I come here my food takes upwards of 25 minutes to prepare while they let my drink sit and melt behind the counter

Rude staff sometimes. Its your fault if the drinks are made wrong Ordered 2, both were wrong. A young man told me next time to look at the board before pulling up after arguing with me. Was handed one of my drinks by a girl and it ran down my hand, asked for napkins and got them with attitude. Got my money back and went to a different Dunkin. Ordered my 2 drinks the same way at a different Dunkin and they were made correctly. At another visit I was asked if I wanted my change back? I felt that question was rude and they shouldn't ask. Both times I was nice to your staff, but it seems like they need to be coached on how to treat customers.

I've been to this Dunkin before, it hasn't been bad like this. It is summer, so they aren't nearly as busy as they have been in the past but the service was deplorable. I waited 20 minutes for a drink and a sandwich, and there was no sense of urgency in the workers. I watched as every drive thru order was filled while my sandwich sat until they finally made my drink. I don't know what happened, but the service has gone extremely downhill.

We were in a rush and friends had to wait 20 minutes for 2 refreshers and sandwiches. Store was not busy, and food and drinks were handed out together instead of separately. They barely had time to finish food before we headed out. Staff was inattentive as well and did not notice until we asked where our food was.

There is nothing better than having a great coffee and I am never disappointed at this location. I come to Kent twice a week and if I didn’t live almost an hour away I would come here daily. The staff is amazing and I have a drink they don’t technically make anymore but I still have the recipe and they make it perfect every time 😊 I’m always welcomed with a smile even when they are busy. Wish more places were as welcoming and friendly

i ordered twice because my first order was messed up missing food and cold. i called the store 3 times and i got no answer. when i ordered again my coworkers wanted donuts so i ordered them some. i received no donuts and i called and got no answer once again would give zero stars if that was an option.

Might be the best dunkin I've ever been to. They were packed (drive through and mobile orders) and still got my food/drink done quickly (and correctly).
I can only drink decaf with non-dairy and usually worry about my drink being made incorrectly when restaurants are busy. So i really appreciated the "bar tap" setup for the coffee with clearly labeled decaf.
Dietary restrictions: They had oatmilk and Almond milk.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible entrance and plenty of space to maneuver.

I came there at 8:40 and all I wanted was a strawberry frosted donut. I came up to the drive thru and one they said there closed when they close at 9pm and two, they served the people ahead of me and when I pulled up to the window the two girl workers pretended not to see us until we had no choice but to pull off. Moral of the story stop hiring young people who no nothing about running a business. There’s no reason your closing 20 minutes early when you aren’t even busy.

It doesnt matter what time you come in or what you order because ive come in in the morning, afternoon and before close. I order the same drink everytime and somehow 80% of the time it tastes like theres no sugar, no sweetener at all for that matter. It tastes like black coffee and today when i went to sip my coffee, a whole glob of sugar was just sitting in the bottom so i had to spit out a mouthful of sugar.
Dietary restrictions: Hope you dont have any because they throw anything in the cup
