There is nothing better than having a great coffee and I am never disappointed at this location. I come to Kent twice a week and if I didn’t live almost an hour away I would come here daily. The staff is amazing and I have a drink they don’t technically make anymore but I still have the recipe and they make it perfect every time 😊 I’m always welcomed with a smile even when they are busy. Wish more places were as welcoming and friendly

i ordered twice because my first order was messed up missing food and cold. i called the store 3 times and i got no answer. when i ordered again my coworkers wanted donuts so i ordered them some. i received no donuts and i called and got no answer once again would give zero stars if that was an option.

Might be the best dunkin I've ever been to. They were packed (drive through and mobile orders) and still got my food/drink done quickly (and correctly).
I can only drink decaf with non-dairy and usually worry about my drink being made incorrectly when restaurants are busy. So i really appreciated the "bar tap" setup for the coffee with clearly labeled decaf.
Dietary restrictions: They had oatmilk and Almond milk.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible entrance and plenty of space to maneuver.

I came there at 8:40 and all I wanted was a strawberry frosted donut. I came up to the drive thru and one they said there closed when they close at 9pm and two, they served the people ahead of me and when I pulled up to the window the two girl workers pretended not to see us until we had no choice but to pull off. Moral of the story stop hiring young people who no nothing about running a business. There’s no reason your closing 20 minutes early when you aren’t even busy.

It doesnt matter what time you come in or what you order because ive come in in the morning, afternoon and before close. I order the same drink everytime and somehow 80% of the time it tastes like theres no sugar, no sweetener at all for that matter. It tastes like black coffee and today when i went to sip my coffee, a whole glob of sugar was just sitting in the bottom so i had to spit out a mouthful of sugar.
Dietary restrictions: Hope you dont have any because they throw anything in the cup

I normally don’t leave reviews but I think there needs to be additional training at this store. I never had an issue with the food, but every time I order a coffee drink it is not right. I’ve tried this location a couple different times out of convenience, trying to give it another chance, but they always screw up the drink. I’m sorry, but I need my coffee boost, & I will not be going to this location anymore no matter the convenience.
They never have cold brew or donuts go to the one on gram road in stow it's an actual dunkin

You're the only fastfood chain I've ever witnessed not being able to upgrade the drink in a meal deal from a medium to a large! Then the smart arse girl at the window says "I don't make the rules!" Absolutely no people skills. Lost a long time customer...
