We traveled from Louisville, Ky to Ravenna for the Ravenna Balloon Afair and needed a place open late to eat. We were pleasantly surprised with Eldorado’s. Stacey provided amazing service and was quick with a joke and a smile. Even told us who Gator was and why his bumper is hanging up. Fried pickles and wings were awesome. Would definitely recommend.

I no longer live in Kent, so it’s been quite some time since we have been in there (over 5 months). Last time we were there was in the afternoon while we were moving. Was in Kent for business and decided to go here for a quick bite and drink, upon going in we were approached by Stacey who proceeded to tell us that she refused to serve us because my boyfriend threw up in the restroom the last time we were there and it took her an hour and half to clean it up. She had another server serve us. My boyfriend never threw up there and requested some sort of documentation that it was him. She refused to show us and was very rude. We will not be going back there again.

We go here at least once or twice a week, to watch sports have few drinks and usually get something to take home to eat. I have never experienced poor service,bad food or ever waited. Its close to home without being surrounded by college power drinkers. The ladies that bartend are very nice and friendly. We'll continue to patronize this establishment.
