Could definitely use some improvement. I feel like this location gets lost in the woodwork when in comparison to its competitors. The burgers were a good quality, but the prices drive out business in a college town where it's cheaper down the road. The milkshake was mediocre. When upselling a milkshake, staff should be instructed to ask or confirm what the person is ordering. If I say I want an "oreo milkshake," that doesn't just mean the creme, but the pieces too. Lobby was empty and lifeless. It felt awkward to eat there. I probably won't be back for a while.
