As a long time customer I can NOT believe the experience I just had. I order a large pepperoni and sausage pizza, waited over an hour for delivery ( not even two miles from this location) for it to arrive cold. When I called in the person who answered proceeded to ARGUE with about being rather than offering making the situation better. The WORST customer service by far. Been a customer at this location for 2 years and this beyond ridiculous. But by looks of this place has been getting bad reviews lately so I doubt this will make a difference

Every Gionino's seems to have great food except for the Brimfield/Kent location. Pizza, fried chicken and JoJos burnt beyond recognition and unfortunately not just once so we will not be ordering from there ever again

Came from out of town and blindly looked for a good pepperoni pizza. Owner/manager was very nice, giving information about the pie before we ordered. Pie was delicious, hot and spicy pepperoni, thick crust. Price was very reasonable. Very well made!! Would eat here again if we are ever in the area again.

I live in kent. Got coupons for this place. They told us they don't take them anymore lol. Pizzas are already super pricey. Go somewhere cheaper. Marco's taste better anyway.

This place has the feel of your local pizza joint. I got a medium cheese pizza and a medium order of their cheesy garlic bread. The cheesy garlic bread is better than the cheese pizza, but only because the cheese on the pizza was burnt. They do have an amazing pizza sauce though.

This pizza 🍕 had more sauce on the pizza than cheese. They told me 10 minutes and took longer than 10 minutes most definitely not happy with the pizza and don't think I will go back and my husband was not happy with the pizza

Some of the smallest pizzas relative to price in the area. Undercooked the last two times and disappointing.
A local favorite, what's not to love about this 🍕 pizza shop. The staff is friendly, the pizza is always hot, fresh and generous toppings, chicken and Jojo are crisp on outside and moist on inside. And the coleslaw is the best around hands down. We try other places but always end up comparing them to here and wish we would have just ordered from here.

Was unable to place an order due to the phone being purposely off the hook. Called over a hundred times over half an hour and the line was busy every time. This was obviously the act of lazy employees who wish not to do their jobs, so I guess it's probably a good thing they took the phone off the hook because if they can't even muster the effort to answer a phone I'm sure they are too incompetent to make food I would feel safe eating.
