Guido's Original Pizza & Catering of Kent

Recent service and meals have been very poor quality and disappointing. Yesterday evening I ordered in broasted chicken a small pizza and a side of jojos. I walk in and pay for my ordered the employee at the front said we are waiting just a few more minutes for a few things and then your order will be ready, no problem. Employee then states it will be brought out to my car which sounds wonderful so I walk out and head to my car. I wait for a total of 20 minutes nothing. So I then go in and the employee seems like I had never walked in just sort of looked at me like how can I help you? After about an additional 25 minutes I received my order which had been sitting on the counter for about half the time I was waiting. The box that had the chicken in it was leaking everywhere including all over me, my vehicle, and my home which I am very unhappy about. Will not be returning as a loyal customer of 15+years.

If you like a pizza with thick cheese and great sauce then Guido’s on 59 is the place to go!! I love it cold in the morning for breakfast!!

This is one of those places that used to be great that is now ok. I have been a customer for decades and they stiffed me on a delivery and then lied about it. Very disappointing. Still beats Domino's

I ordered pasta. The noodles were not fully cooked and the sauce was horrible!

I decided to give them another try. So I called them up and told them about my review and my experience. The manager said he would make sure the noodles were cooked good for me this time. I got the food and it was just as horrible! It was not even Al dente it was so chewy and hard. I don't know about the other food but I definitely will not be getting pasta ever again from them and I would never recommend it

I loved everything about this place. We ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and Xtra sauce, large anti-pasta salad, and jojo's. The salad was very fresh and the pizza was delicious. I'm Italian so I'm hard to impress and you guys did it. Your pizza reminded me of when I was a kid and my father would take me to an old world pizza place not like today with all these commercial pizza chains popping up all over the place. I loved biting into a slice and watching the sauce ooze out through the holes in the cheese. You really brought back a lot of memories today. This was are 1st time here and I promise you we will be back. I would give your place 100 stars if I could. Thanks again for the amazing dinner and keep up the great work. PS your staff was very friendly and that's something else you don't see much today.

One of my favorite places to eat never ever had a bad meal there it is delicious desserts are great!!

Guidos chicken and jojos are the bomb

Ordered the 2 piece chicken dinner and was disgusted by what I found. I was eating my chicken and saw this pulled it out and It looks to be a roundworm but I wasn't certain so I called the store politely and the manager got on the phone with an attitude asking why I didn't take any photos immediately and offered one piece of chicken as if I would ever eat here again. Don't come here unless you like rude staff members, long wait times, and disgusting food
