Pizza wasn’t cooked. Dough was dang near raw. Had to put it in my air fryer, and even then it just tasted weird. Need better people in there

I assure you there were no "profanity laced" comments Evan, that is a lie. Your just making an excuse for your rude staff, and that says a lot about you. Go out of your way to serve us? Your location is not even 5 miles from our home! Hopefully Guy's Pizza Corporate will be more customer service friendly, and can somehow hold you accountable as a Guy's Pizza owner. You clearly need some help with customer service.

Idk what to say... Im speechless.... Fist time ever having Guys Pizza and I gotta say u guys made a permanent customer!!!!! Pizza wings and desert were all phenomenal!!!! Keep up the great work guys and girls!!!!!

I've been purchasing and eating Guy's pizza in Kent for many years now. I love the food. My issue is for only being open past 11:00pm on one night and to restrict what you can order after Midnight(that only night) as well as shutting off your phone is a disgusting business model and has at this point deterred me from ever ordering Guy's Pizza outside of reason for convenience. Also the staff allow SERIOUS loitering in the tiny lobby. There are many times I'm having to navigate shoulder to shoulder with pizza on a plate through a crowd of students INSIDE and OUT. Most of the crowd tends to have already ordered and are just welcome to stand inside and eat. So unprofessional to allow this. Lastly I'm experiencing serious disappointment to find out that this is maybe the only food business opening as late as 2:00pm for easter or even just for the reason of their regular hours. I won't be spending my money here anymore. I just want lunch and good service. They've forgotten to make orders before, they've attempted to charge me incorrectly. This business is not being managed with the customer in mind.

I went here for Fake Patty's Day in Kent and these guys were life saver. Quick and effectient service and great quality pizza. Their prices were amazing too. Employee Hunter did an amazing job and made me feel very welcomed. Can't wait for my next trip!

Wings would have been great if they weren't dry hardly any sauce ... It was disappointing.I got more ranch sauce than Flavor on the wings.

Great pizza (especially after the bar) and great staff truly! They have to put up with terrible drunk college kids after the bars and still do it with great customer service and a smile on their faces. S/O Hunter i believe his name was, great pizza making and very patient!

Love that this place is open late & always hits the spot. Lately on weekends whoever has been working the window has had an absolutely disgusting attitude towards customers. He should be fired for the way he talks/treats people.
