I've been purchasing and eating Guy's pizza in Kent for many years now. I love the food. My issue is for only being open past 11:00pm on one night and to restrict what you can order after Midnight(that only night) as well as shutting off your phone is a disgusting business model and has at this point deterred me from ever ordering Guy's Pizza outside of reason for convenience. Also the staff allow SERIOUS loitering in the tiny lobby. There are many times I'm having to navigate shoulder to shoulder with pizza on a plate through a crowd of students INSIDE and OUT. Most of the crowd tends to have already ordered and are just welcome to stand inside and eat. So unprofessional to allow this. Lastly I'm experiencing serious disappointment to find out that this is maybe the only food business opening as late as 2:00pm for easter or even just for the reason of their regular hours. I won't be spending my money here anymore. I just want lunch and good service. They've forgotten to make orders before, they've attempted to charge me incorrectly. This business is not being managed with the customer in mind.

I went here for Fake Patty's Day in Kent and these guys were life saver. Quick and effectient service and great quality pizza. Their prices were amazing too. Employee Hunter did an amazing job and made me feel very welcomed. Can't wait for my next trip!

Best pizza in Kent!!! $2 slices, $10 larges, dough made fresh by the owner himself PLUS fresh cheese and sauce to die for - all served until 3am on the weekend. Need I say more? A fresh slice after the bar with friends is the best part of a night out, hands down. The staff are laid back and friendly, and the food here is high quality - even the salads are freshly made! Overall, Guy’s Pizza provides a fun, causal atmosphere that is bound to lift your spirits every time. :)Vegetarian options: Everything is customizable! Many foreign exchange students that come in are vegetarian and always leave with a smile. :)Dietary restrictions: Everything is customizable! Just make sure you indicate what your allergy is and the staff will try their best to accommodate through the use of gloves and fresh equipment, though I recommend those with a severe gluten allergy to not eat here as there is only one oven.Parking: Hard to park directly in front due to the main road right there and limited street parking, but just around the corner is a free lot. The extra steps from the car are worth it every time.Kid-friendliness: I’ve seen some parents use the quick-pace, friendly atmosphere as a learning opportunity to teach their kids how to order and pay at a restaurant. Especially in these instances, the staff are always patient, helpful, and understanding!Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible compared to some parts of Kent. It’s an old building so the front ramp is narrow and the door swings out, but that’s hardly an issue. If needed, the staff are very accommodating and they helpful!
No customer service! I called at 10:30 the person answered the phone said we close at 11:00 have a good day and hung up. If you guys are still looking for another 30 minutes why did you hang up on me? It must be nice to not need business and customers
