Zero stars wouldn’t even capture how horrible our experience was with this restaurant. We ordered dinner here to celebrate my grandmother’s 78th birthday. My mom, who has a seafood allergy, forgot to mention it on our DoorDash order, so she called to let them know. The rest of the family loves seafood and ordered it for themselves.
But instead of understanding, the woman on the phone insulted my mom, called her ‘crazy,’ and hung up. Moments later, the manager called back, yelling and cancelling our order altogether, saying, ‘Why would you order seafood with an allergy?’ without giving my mom a chance to explain that only she has the allergy, not the rest of us. When I called back to clarify, I was met with more hostility and told, ‘We’re not cooking for you people,’ before being hung up on again.
This was shockingly unprofessional and unbelievably rude. Needless to say, we’ll NEVER eat here again. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone, especially not on a special day.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I was refused a meal because I have a seafood allergy. I ordered steak and chicken for myself and seafood for my family. But not only was I refused service but I was screamed at and hung up on!! CRAZY. I have ordered from this place on so many occasions in the past with no issues.

Customer service wasn’t bad but could be more hospitable. Food was hot and fresh, however I ordered double meat and got 4 shrimps and 5 scallops that were cut in half which they tried to spread out. I’m disappointed in the portion of meat I was given.

Why isn't there "snack" size anymore? 8 year olds can't eat a full size so it makes dining here a waste of money, And a full size isn't enough for multiple kids to split. Used to be able to get a snack size this place is worthless now. Kids loved this place but it's Not kid friendly

Food is gross… Got the chicken and steak hibachi dinner. Flavor is gross, the chicken and steak is gross and definitely not fresh, and even the yum yum sauce is so disappointing. Save the money and make your own or order from the only decent hibachi around—TOKO.

Terrible food terrible service I'm pretty sure you have to be Japanese to order to run a Japanese restaurant these folks are not under proportion and unproportioned would not recommend this place to anybody
Tried for the first time tonight and I'm glad we did! Loved the lo mein, shrimp and chicken. Didn't care for the egg rolls as they are just kinda thick. But I would totally recommend this place and we will be back!!
On more than one occasion they messed up my order. Called them and told them about it and that I would come back. It's a 15 minute drive each way . Once I got there they asked me for the old dinner . Had they asked me to bring it back I would have. Not thinking they wanted it. So I didn't get my food , I was treated like I was a lier ! I'll never go back.

Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian but have been ordering meatless meals and the seasoning of the food is delicious.
Parking: Parking isn't an issue. You can park right at the front door and pick up your order.
