The lady on the phone was super sweet when placing the order, and even called me when it was ready for pick up! it was delicious!!

Salty. Dry. Not good. Barely any protein or veg for the price, even thought it’s a huge portion, it’s mostly very salty rice at the bottom. The staff was also screaming at eachother when I walked in and then the gal upfront turned it on me. Very rude and aggressive. They treat you like you’re going to steal everything that isn’t nailed down despite your being a paying customer.

The two men that work there are the creepiest worse people I've ever encountered at an establishment. They were closest earlier than online said and I was in the parking lot order food from somewhere else when these two men that work there in a red truck pulled up next to me yelling, aggressive and trying to be intimidating yelling are you mad we are closed and continues to yell at me over and over again were closed were closed. I have never experienced such rudeness. As a woman being all alone that was CREEPY AND UNCALLED FOR

I ordered through door dash. Chicken in both meals was inedible. They were smashed and burnt all dry couldn't even chew it. I tried calling hibachi in Kent Ohio 3 times and after holding each time forever they would just hang up on me.
I spoke to the person who answered the phone and there was a misunderstanding regarding an issue I had. The person answering the phone (I’m assuming the manager or owner) was so completely rude and unprofessional!! He was gruff with me, while proceeding to yell at me! He then called me names, including a liar, while continuing to yell at me, regarding a misunderstanding. I’ve never been treated so horribly by a place of business EVER. At that point I hung up, as I didn’t wish to continue to be yelled at or being called names by a place of business. He actually proceeded to attempt to call me back TWICE, likely in an attempt to yell
at me further and I declined both calls. When I didn’t answer after his 2 attempts, he went one step further and tried to call me on his cell number! Thats harassment and that’s CRAZY!!! What business acts like this and treats customers so horribly?? A misunderstanding leads to this type of meltdown? Yelling, name calling customers? A place of business thinks it’s ok to harass people???? Literally INSANE!
The food was so tasty and delicious, absolutely loved it and loved the service!!
I usually overlook alot in coming here .Not being able to give me a solid answer on price ,because I asked for no onion or zucchini, said it would be a dollar or more for them to pick them out.There went your sale and a nice tip .So many places I can spend my money ,don't need to act that way with customers.

Excellent food. Always consistent in preparedness. Though the manners of staff in the kitchen are a bit crude and the place has no atmosphere. This would not stop me from going back. I am a regular and will continue to be so long as the food quality does not change.
Food was amazing the first time we went there and the service GREAT
This time. I was told they’d call me when my order was ready (that’s not really how that goes. Tell me when it’ll be ready). We’re a good distance away so we’re headed there and were called 2x on the way. Got there to the whole staff smoking outside and all lights off at the establishment 30 minutes early (I get people want to get home but that’s a little much). THENNN… after order was picked up they call that they forget a bag and they’re going to put it on the door handle for us to pick up. No apologies at all.

Zero stars wouldn’t even capture how horrible our experience was with this restaurant. We ordered dinner here to celebrate my grandmother’s 78th birthday. My mom, who has a seafood allergy, forgot to mention it on our DoorDash order, so she called to let them know. The rest of the family loves seafood and ordered it for themselves.
But instead of understanding, the woman on the phone insulted my mom, called her ‘crazy,’ and hung up. Moments later, the manager called back, yelling and cancelling our order altogether, saying, ‘Why would you order seafood with an allergy?’ without giving my mom a chance to explain that only she has the allergy, not the rest of us. When I called back to clarify, I was met with more hostility and told, ‘We’re not cooking for you people,’ before being hung up on again.
This was shockingly unprofessional and unbelievably rude. Needless to say, we’ll NEVER eat here again. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone, especially not on a special day.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I was refused a meal because I have a seafood allergy. I ordered steak and chicken for myself and seafood for my family. But not only was I refused service but I was screamed at and hung up on!! CRAZY. I have ordered from this place on so many occasions in the past with no issues.
