This place has terrible customer service, extremely long waits and rude staff. I finally just decided to cancel an order after almost 2 hours of waiting. This is the second consecutive time this has happened to me. Don't waist your time here.

Went to insomnia to get some cookies as one does and was treated with the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen in my life. Both of the people who helped us were not polite at all and were mad at us for making them do their jobs. Check your employees please!! Not happy.

With the semester about to begin, I was really looking forward to being back in Kent and stop by one of my favorite late night spots in the area. I was incredibly disappointed to find out how downhill this location has gone, and in seemingly no time at all. It was not nearly this bad at the start of the Summer.
The cookies are pricey, which has always been the case, but it was worth it for how efficient and friendly the staff used to be. Service is slow, even when there’s seemingly nobody else in the store, and the staff is incredibly rude. Not to mention nobody really seems to know what they’re doing. Just a few months ago there were plenty of people working here that would be happy to talk with you, and seemed like real genuine people. Now, everyone in there looks like they hate their job and every person that walks in. I can’t see myself coming back here unless I see an “under new management” sign.

Once new management came in the store did a whole 180! It’s things I notice when I’m in there. Employees are more respectful and it’s more cleaner than it was before
Gotta say this place really went downhill since Michael left. Really bad service, everyone’s just kind of sleepwalking. 100% a morale thing… it’s a shame this was my favorite place

Nowhere on the app did it indicate that this store would close at 1:00am, which is weird considering the company always took pride in “delivering cookies until 3am.” So minutes after my order was placed it was cancelled (no notification, btw) and the employee on the phone was very rude when I called to ask why. Not surprised though since the employees always look like they wanna spit in your face the second you walk in. This place has gone downhill in the last couple years unfortunately 👎 Now I’m looking forward to 1. Not having any cookies 2. Being short $20 for the next week until the refund comes back. Perhaps it’s time to update this broken app.. or maybe live up to the name “Insomnia Cookies”
