The cookies are great if they are fresh, but I went in on a Saturday and Sunday, and both times the cookies were harder. I'm not sure why, it sure dont look like the clerk was eating hard food.

My mom ordered cookies for me as a surprise and their driver ended up handing them to the wrong person? I was outside waiting at the address that was even confirmed with me. I was an easy sight to see and it's outrageous that I had to sit outside for over an hour just for him to give my order to someone else? Then another 30 minutes to even receive my order. I hope they can get better drivers. The person on the phone was amazing though, plus the cookies were good. That's...
