Every time this year Ive picked up here out of convenience with the mobile app they get my order wrong. Club no cheese (I always double confirm no cheese in comments in the app). Everytime cheese, this time Parmesan bread as well? At a certain point I gotta think someone’s messin with me. It’s an allergy yall, like anaphylaxis allergy

Daughter & I stopped in after shopping at Menards. We ordered to go . Sorry no food pics - when I thought of it we were almost done. I got the mikes famous Philly - lil too soggy and peppers & onions way overcooked. Wast too famous for me . My daughter got a cold sub We both had chips and a soft drink - total &25.46. May try again sometime , not sure

Food is always good but I walk in and ask multiple times if this is all the subs on their menu and people are literally just standing around. Total of 6 people were there and one is having a conversation with someone who is their friend who stopped by to say hi. Terrible customer service

Ordered a turkey and provolone and a chicken philly. The chicken philly had a 1 inch long sharp, pointy shard of plastic or bone in it that I bit down on. Thankfully I didn't swallow it because I would have definitely choked. Check your food if you eat here. I won't be going back.
