Excellent communication from the manager and driver when I called about my order being delayed. Sometimes, things happen. Great communication is the way to work through it. My order was correct and amazing!!

Stopped at Kent location for lunch today, takeout. We were the only people in there around noon, now I know why. I would be ashamed to serve what we received to anyone. You knew the lettuce was old and brown when you put it on the sandwiches but you still did it. Shame on you and the owner was right there.

I will never order from this or any other Jimmy John’s again. The bread was rock hard. There was a pathetic amount of tuna. I took 4 bites before I tasted any at all. I did something I’ve never done in my entire life. I called and asked for a refund. After working 12 hours my wife had to drive to subway because the food I received was so terrible. Don’t waste your money on this garbage.

We paid $2 for extra bread, received no bread. I asked for pickles on my sub- no pickles! At least the customer service was decent, because the subs were a little sad, and I regret not checking the bag before we left.

Nice location for a Jimmy John's. It is in the heart of downtown Kent. Their subs are great and they are a popular delivery choice. There is parking behind the building if you can't find a spot on the street.

I ordered a 30 third sandwiches cater box 1 day prior to a birthday event. I requested the box to be prepared and picked up by 4:00 PM the following day. I showed up at 3:45 PM (little earlier than anticipated) the cater box was prepared and ready to go!
I am pleased with the cater box sandwiches , the service was fantastic!

My wife and I went in and ordered 5 giant subs for the whole family. The worker (Elizabeth, which I asked before I left) was AMAZING!! She started off by being very apologetic that it was going to be a little wait which she didn't have to be because of course there would be a little wait since I ordered 5 giant subs. Her type of customer service you don't see very often anymore and we appreciated very much!!!!
Called about an issue with an order, and the employee that answered the phone was extremely rude. Kent is a busy area, they should hire more friendly employees.

I have enjoyed Jimmy John's subs for many years now and I will keep going back. They taste MUCH better than Subway, easier to order from than DiBellas, and because they have curbside pickup and drive-thru near me, I like them better than Penn Station subs. The only improvement I would like to recommend is more meat on the smaller subs...
