I'm only going to comment on the poke and bubble tea because that's all I get here. Their poke is so good. Their ingredients are super fresh and I think they allow the most toppings compared to other poke restaurants in Cleveland. The bubble tea is king fu tea which is a popular chain. Despite it being a huge chain, I love it it's like the Starbucks of bubble tea. You can customize the ice, and sweetness to just how you like it. The service is fast. I have no complaints. And parking is convenient. There's a free public parking lot right behind it.

Best Poke and Sushi! The food is always fresh and delicious. I’ve been coming a lot and always look forward to the next time. The prices seem a bit higher so I don’t come as often as I would. Oh and the bubble tea is sooooo good! I love the Strawberry Lemonade it’s 10/10

For a place that serves raw food, I expected a higher level of sanitation. Unfortunately we witnessed the line cooks using the same knife in between each order, only wiping it only with the same visablly dirty rag. Additionally, when the wrong vegetable was put in a bowl, the line worker took it out and placed it back into the serving bin after it had been in potential contact with raw salmon and raw tuna. The food was good and we surprisingly didn't get sick, but I won't return. If I question the sanitation practices on the front line, I'm nervous to know what exceptions are made in the back.

I have only ordered their boba tea and I Love it!I love the staff, they know my name every time I go in and they remember exactly what I order..every single time..they are wonderful..if you haven't tried their boba tea,give it a try..you will love it ..❤️?Parking: If you park on the side of building you will get a ticket,if you are only running in long enough to just pick something up you CAN park in like one of the 3 Uber eats parking spots( I asked a Kent City Parking police patrol and that is where I was told to park,all the other spots are reserved by tenants of other buildings) there are metered parking spots on the street and sometimes it is challenging to find one.Honestly it is worth it for me,it is the only boba tea shop I have found that is anything like the boba tea I had while living in Los Angeles..drink up and enjoy!!?
Excellent service - healthy choices - can't go wrong here ! Try the Udon - great selection of teas with boba - just a wonderful place. Been here many times and will be back for more !

My order was missing jelly toppings And Ginger and wasabi that I had to pay extra for. When tried contacting them via the phone no one is picking up.It is a shame that kenko management has not trained their employees proper food preparation/customer service skills.
