Went here yesterday!! Jasmine was our server and she was fantastic! So friendly, personable, and gave the best service !! Will be coming back because she made our experience the best we’ve ever had here :)

Servers and bartenders are absolutely amazing. They are attentive, kind, and can keep a conversation. Food is great. I will not be returning however due to the manager Shelby... Honestly she made my entire table very uncomfortable with some of the stuff she was telling us... very personal things that were brought up seemingly out of nowhere. She was also very rude to her employees. The server did a great job despite the manager hounding my table looking for reasons to get on her. Very weird energy. Like I said, we will not be coming back...

Food and waitress were great but not happy with what we saw!!!! Minus 1 started because the manager, Shelby, was reprimanding our waitress (I’m not going to mentioned her name) in front of multiple customers in different locations of the restaurant. Our waitress was doing a great job, she was handling multiple tables and every time we saw her gone Shelby seemed to be yelling at her AND other employees. Shelby came over to our table and asked if we were looking for our waitress when we weren’t and she asked if we needed boxes because we were basically done eating but we were chatting at our table. It seemed as if she was fishing for us to say something bad about our waitress (who was so sweet and got us anything we needed when she was available). Shelby did this to another table beside us as well. We could tell our waitress was getting frustrated and upset, which honestly of course because of how she was being treated and talked to! Our waitress was not new either and had been at Paninis for sometime. If Shelby was trying to provide her guidance, she could have talked to her separately away from customers and not try to make it seem like she was doing a terrible job because she wasn’t. My card was accidentally charged for my meal and another meal at our table and I honestly think it was because the manager was yelling at her while she was cashing us out (we saw it). It was no big deal, our waitress fixed it, no problem. The problem was the manager! Someone at our table confronted the manager about her attitude as well. I feel bad for the employees experiencing the rude demeanor of Shelby. If you are working in higher authority, provide guidance without needing to try and shame a person in front of the public!!!! The table beside us even said they thought Shelby was being very rude to her. To our waitress, you were great and I will happily be back for your service. To Shelby - learn proper etiquette in a management role and proper corrective teaching moments to your employees.

Group of 26 and they only brought out 3 or 4 plates at a time . Took over an hour for everyone to get their meal. They were told how many would be there for lunch days prior to arrival how many were coming. Not one glass was ever refilled with drinks.
So if you would like a place to eat where the food is burnt and tables are sticky this is it. The manager didn't even acknowledge us, had the server take care of our issue. Fries burnt reuben not very tasty. They made us fries to go they were under cooked and soggy. The server was gracious I left a good tip. (Not his fault) see the picture.
