Excellent experience for dinner! Our server, Nadeem, was attentive and friendly. The food was outstanding. The Manhattan was hands down one of the best contrails I've ever had... just perfect with bullleit rye and luxardo cherry. The highlight of the evening was meeting the owner, Michael, and hearing his story of opening the restaurant and his family history. A super nice guy.

I came here with a friend on a Wednesday evening and I regret not taking photos but the food was outstanding! The restaurant is large and inviting - a pleasant upscale surprise from the other middle eastern restaurants I have eaten at lately. The menu is large and has a lot of great option for vegans and vegetarians. My friend ordered a small Mediterranean salad and we both had the chicken shawarma hummus platters. She subbed broccolini for her vegetable and I subbed Zatar fries for mine. I had a side of the garlic sauce which was excellent. I loved the sliced almonds they added to the dish for extra flavor and crunch. I am already planning when I can return to eat here again and looking forward to left overs tonight. Service was very good, the restaurant was super clean and I think this would be a great spot for a date night. Parking is on the street and a bit limited but that's what you get in downtown Kent.
I dined here with a friend last night and had an excellent experience. The atmosphere was intimate and tasteful. The service was attentive and friendly. I ordered a half order of the Mediterranean salad and thought both their house dressing and salad were excellent. I also ordered the chicken shawarma with hummus and added some broccolini. Each component of that entree was cooked to perfection. I will definitely come back!

Excellent new discovery by my friend & I, & it’s now our new go to place when we visit Kent. The Beet salad was to die for & the French onion soup excellent. We ended the meal with a very tasty vanilla bean cheesecake. Great location by the Kent State Hotel too!
