Lucci's is the only pizza place in my eyes. They have been making my pizza for years and I have never had one that was less than excellent. They make it just like I ask, my order is a little different so they know my name as soon as I start the order. I always order the 14 inch sausage with extra sausage with very very lite sauce and I ask them to please burn my pizza I love mine well well well done. It goes against the way I'm sure they are trained to make the pizza's however it's what the customer likes not everyone likes it the same way and these guys are all about customer service and high quality ingredients. That's why they are the only pizza place for me. Thank you to my pizza dream team you guys are the best.

Great strombolis and solid pizzas.
The posted hours, on Google and on their recorded phone message, are wrong. They both say they’re open until 9pm but they are frequently closed before, or at, 8pm. I was considering ordering something tonight and unfortunately found out they were closed before 7:45pm. Business hours can change, of course. Not updating the relative nodes of information is criminal and unbecoming of the business.
I hope that with this review I can save someone who is unfamiliar with how they’ve operated for the last year or so from being misled into believing that they’d be able to order a Lucci’s stromboli any time after 7:30pm.
In the owner’s reply to this review, I don’t want to see the excuse train. I only want accountability and a change of the two things I mentioned specifically: the correct operation hours of the business for the greater Kent community on Google and the recorded phone message.

It's a good spot the closest I could come to New York Pizza in Ohio being from Brooklyn NY . It's really good I just wish they put a little bit more dough at the bottom of the pizza so it's not so soggy where the cheese is and it would actually hold better but the crust is perfect the flavors are perfect I just wish there was more stability to the slice.

Always had gotten good food from here but the last 2 times there have been issues , from skunky sour cheese and this time the burnt to a crisp pizza. So disappointed!!!!

I drove 30 minutes to get their pizza it's so good. They even gave me a slice to eat on the way back home! Just remember it's carry out only and no dine in.

I’m from Philly. This is the closest thing to Philadelphia, New York pizza in the greater Cleveland Akron area amazing well done crispy no flop. Love it baby.
Take out pizza ship they offer delivery which I have never used. Toppings are all fresh. I've had mushrooms, green peppers, onions, and banana peppers. I've had sausage, pepperoni, and banana peppers. The best part is the pizza versus crust. It's baked in Blodget brand ovens which are popular back east where I come from. It's light and airy and crunchy all at the same time while being delicious! Like a taste of Boston and New York. Love it.
