The girl at the window has been nothing but insanely rude to me three times, genuinely snipping at both me and my parents for no good reason, and has done this more than three times so like how do you keep an employee like that around? Who does nothing but be passive aggressive and rude with customers.

At this McDonald's, the service is terrible. I waited 15 minutes for a small Shamrock Shake and a double hamburger inside the restaurant. The floors were dirty and unsanitary, and the burger patty tasted burnt. The girl standing next to us waited 20 minutes for a similar order. They seem to prioritize the drive-through over customers dining inside. I might not come back. 😕

Was going to leave a review about how they tried to go around my discount code and charge me easily double what my total woulda been if they gave me what I wanted, but one employee actually stopped and let me change it to what I actually wanted and saved me at least 6 dollars. Shoutout to the employee in the white puffy coat 🙏

This place has went downhill within the period from covid till now. The service is sub par, food is never warm and don't get me started on the staff! Reach out to corporate and get nothing but a gift card to use for your trouble. Save your time and effort and drive to stow or brimfield.

Ordered breakfast shortly after they opened. Had to go through drive-thru twice to get someone's attention. Wouldn't have bothered me, but my food wasn't hot either. How was my food not hot when they just opened? Never again. There's a better McDonald's down the road.
Inside is closed, no notices on doors. App is still allowing counter orders (I've seen that it can be set to only allow drive thru pickup in the app when a location must operate drive thru only) - if you place an order for the counter, you'll be waiting for an eternity in the drive-thru anyway.
Please provide notice on your doors when the dining room is unavailable, and follow what procedures need done to reflect that in mobile ordering.
