My $1 soft drink mobile code didn’t work. The lady at the window kept saying it said it was already used and wouldn’t honor the price. She said it was “only $1.92” Super annoying.

Literally got out of the drive through line after watching a staff member on a smoke break, smoke all the way up to the door and then keep the cigarette butt and put it in his pocket. That is so unbelievably gross.

Ordered a pancake breakfast & returned home to no syrup for the pancakes & when I called they had no resolve for the issue.Also my hashbrowns were so greesy that I couldn't eat the whole thing because it stuck to the paper & fell apart. Not the first time I've had issues with this McDonald's. I will go out of my way to go to another McDonald's from now on.
Very clean updated McDonald's staff was very friendly and, over all great experience. Even pointed me in the direction of places to rent in the area.
