The person got my order wrong at the beginning. I told her I wanted the combo with the sausage egg and cheese McMuffin then what you told me the price I said never mind just the sandwich. She still had me ring up for the coffee and the sandwich I told her three cream then and she only put two so my coffee was wrong also. She never made eye contact and never spoke one word to me at the window. Very rude no people skills whatsoever. Her name tag said Michelle

I LUV THIS MCDONALDS!!!! Have you ever had a “home” McDonald’s that is more stable than most relationships? This McDonald’s is my theoretical relationship, they are SO NICE and the food is always delish. Every person I’ve spoken to there has been so sweet and you get extra pickles when you add them (this is vital)

I don't know why we never stopped at this McDonald's before but this McDonald's was great! They were out of the Grinch meals but everyone is out of the Grinch meals but they still gave me some Grinch salt. The service was fast the food was hot definitely will come back

The employees of this place are, above other positive traits, polite and helpful! We accidentally tapped the wrong location on the app, and they quickly helped us correct our error. We had to go back around, but our order was waiting for us all the same! This place definitely gets busy, seeing as its right off of 76, so these guys are seasoned vets!

I was just there about 9:30 today ,stood at the counter waiting to be served spoke to recognize that I was there. Nobody not the managers not a single crew members, maintenance, nobody even greeted me! I stood there for 7 minutes still nothing. I left the premises drove across the street to your competitor and ordered more food than I was going to order at your restaurant spent more money why because I worked for your company for 14.5 years And that is not how you treat your customers! Have a blessed day, oh and don't let the door hit you where he split you. 🫶🏼

I went through the drive thru for a Coke. Long slow lines. It's off of a well traveled highway, so I expect busy. Their prices are going to put them out of business, however.

On a road trip to PA and needed a couple large waters for my dogs. Went through the drive through for convenience. Wouldn’t allow large waters because of monopoly promotion. While I’m not the least bit interested in monopoly I guess I get it. Asked for 3 medium waters instead. I offered to pay twice. Got to the window and they gave me 2 medium’s. Asked for the 3rd and you’d think I was asking them to empty the register. I never thought it would be so difficult to get some water.

The last 3 times that I have gone thru the drive thru have been extremely disappointing the first time a young man instantly started yelling saying no trailers in drive. Thru, the 2nd the fries were not edible and sandwiches were cold then the 3rd time they forgot to put some of the order in the bag. I've gone to this McDonald's since they opened and I must say the service has gone to shit
