I come here often but that’ll be changing after my experience this evening. I placed a mobile order, came to pick it up and waited forever as usual for my food.. fine. Finally I get my food, fries cold of course, straw in the bag but no drink. I anxiously await the girl to come back to the window but she’s too busy hiding behind the wall with another employee, looking out to see if and why I’m still there. Instead of chatting it up behind a wall about a customer wasting everyone’s time, next time maybe communicate with your customer. And btw, I paid $2 extra for a coke that was already on my order because I simply was already too agitated to sit there and waste any more of my time going back and forth with people that already don’t care as it is.

Does the owner ever show up the be the leader. You need people. Not a kiosk. When the staff sees you they hide. Message to the owners you must run and manage a business they don't operate by themselves. ??

My impression is that this is a bad, bad McDonalds. Stopped at 1:05 pm on Sunday afternoon(1/28) for lunch and among other things ordered a cheeseburger (order #167). I am in my 70's and going to McDonalds my entire life. This was absolutely the worst hamburger I've ever had, I am lucky I did not get sick. The burger was cold and dried-out and the cheese was not melted. Not even a little bit! If I did not need to get home I would have taken it back. I threw most of it away once I tasted it. It was like a bad joke that they served this to me!
UPDATED regularly over the last six years... TODAY 1/25/24 - first I spend the money on a LARGE fry - $4.50 worth - and for what - well see the photo... Add to that the wrong sauce... I used your app - so I didn't mis-order - but LIKE AS USUAL - this location is INCAPABLE of filling an order correctly... I was one of ONLY TWO cars in the drivethru - and they had an empty parking lot... Once again we will be driving an extra 5 miles to get OUT of the Akron's management reach as they continue to seem inept.

I came to this location last night around 7:45pm. There was a small misunderstanding with my order. The staff, who were all young, were very patient and politely corrected my order. Because good customer service in the fast food industry has been at an all time low for a while now, I appreciated this so much. Thank you to the young ladies for their professionalism and assistance.
