A Kent staple. I remember coming here with friends when I went to KSU, my family going here when they would visit… made the drive out here to show my bf around and it’s just as good as I told him it would be. Bf loved the ribs. I had the fried chicken sandwich. Great food in a fun chaotic atmosphere

Wheelchair accessibility: A new entrance (new to me at least) with a wc ramp. Some rooms will be a tight squeeze but manageable for WCs

This place has a great atmosphere and excellent food but the service is hit and miss. More often than not it's a young kid who is either borderline rude or overly fake friendly but neglects the table.
3 times now my husband's order was incorrect and because the wait staff never returned (had to hunt someone down) both meals were cold and although they took his off our bill, they didn't even offer to reheat mine so both meals would at least be warm. (I should...

I have eaten here several times before. Place is always busy...and very unique. Today we were promptly seated and orders taken. About 20 minutes later, one order of soup and salad was delivered. The cool soup was reheated with the message that the other three meals were on their way. 40 MINUTES LATER, the other meals arrived. No explanation of why the delay. To the restaurant 's credit, they did apply a 40% discount to the bill.
