Mings is a Kent staple.You have to go once with more teas than you can imagine. They are very creative flavors and fully customizable. The inside is iconic with sticky notes all over the wall. It's in the strip mall but don't let that fool you. But therr is plenty of parking in front of it. There is also free board games to play. It's a fun time for sure.

Such a cute place! I had their chocolate boba tea and I absolutely loved it. It tastes a little watery though. Would definitely go back again with my friends to hangout. They also have board games!

Great atmosphere, wonderful smells, and quali-tea drinks that are reasonably priced for what you're getting. A very large, clearly labeled selection of drinks, even blended frozen drinks, and popping boba pearls if you prefer those to the tapioca pearls. Family and kid friendly, and you could be a part of the wallpaper while you wait by adding a post-it note to the wall. I would think this is a cute spot to bring someone who enjoys boba.

The tea here is genuinely great and the prices are fair, but the customer service has been disappointing. In the last month and a half, the staff has come off as rude and condescending. One time I ordered a drink I knew the ingredients for that was on a previous special menu, but when I was asked if I wanted to know what was in it (even after I had already told them), I had said no then the worker responded very condescendingly. On a more recent visit, a worker was dismissive and overly sarcastic to my mom when all she did was simply ask for less boba in her drink when ordering. I really want to support this local business but the experiences I've had recently make it pretty hard to want to come back.
