Honestly a great place to stop by on a hot day or two hour break between classes on KSU. Friendly and engaging staff, and surprisingly, the bubble tea was only $4.75 I believe which is actually cost less than other areas. It’s also located within the same plaza as Acme, a laundromat and Einstein’s Attic, so you can definitely make a pit stop for nice ice bubble tea. Also, forgot to mention you can request less or no tapioca. All in all, I recommend to anyone passing by this plaza.

This place is the best place to go on a Friday or Saturday night with your friends to relax and mess around, the drinks are amazing and the bubble waffles are delicious!! I recommend 10/10

Wrong orders. Slow service. Mistakes with online orders not being printed. There are much better tea places out there that arent overpriced like Mings. Never coming back.

I've been coming here for over 3 years now, and it is my special treat of choice. I love the little packages baked goods, and if I knew where the owner got them I'd buy them in bulk for myself. The Hokkaido milk baked wheat bun thing is my favorite. I also really like that there is a caffeine free option in the yakult. Staff is always very friendly, both with customers and each other. It really adds to the atmosphere when the employees are talking and having fun behind the counter. Before I graduated, one of my ways to deal with a studying slump was to bring my schoolwork and spread over a table for several hours and work on it here.

Mings rips off their employees paychecks. They don’t allow them access to their time clocks or hours worked, and they steal from the employees. The owners come in and talk trash about some of the workers to other employees! The owners are absolutely not professional, and are very condescending to their workers (especially minors) it’s honestly embarrassing. They make their openers come in an hour before they are permitted to clock in and force them to work for free for that hour. They hire new workers constantly and giving them more pay than the long time employees. The turnover rate is so high because this is not a good establishment!
The ice machine has mold in it, and the owners told the employees just to scoop around it. The syrup jugs also have mold and are never cleaned. All of this has been reported to the Better Business Bureau as well. Beware!
