I especially want to compliment the staff because there were only 2 people on when I went in (Thursday night) and they were buzzing popular to post and doing very well keeping up with everything.

I consider this the best Mr. Hero around Stow-Munroe Falls area. Staff are friendly and hardworking. The food is obviously the same as every Mr. Hero joint but the staff absolutely make this place the most memorable. Definitely recommend for commuters at Kent State.

Was super hungry after a long day at work and I saw that this location was open till 9:30 I got out of my car at 9:18 lights were on but the door was locked so I got back into my car and waited a couple minutes then the two employees turned off the lights at 9:22 and walked out the back into there car and drove away. Very disappointed if they wanted to close at 9 then don’t show on the website and the building hours list that your open till 9:30.

I've been doordashing and ordering food from here for the past few years and the staff is very friendly. They are time efficient, the food is all made to order, so never cold. Much better than other Mr. Hero's I've been to. Thank you guys!

We order here for lunch. We ordered one BTE cheese steak and one regular cheesesteak. Both cam with the same amount of meat. When we called to figure out what went wrong they refused to answer my questions or offer any assistance. Go elsewhere they will swindle you and then play dumb. I've never been so disappointed with a meal from a Mr.Heros
