I called and asked if burgers were made to order, the girl said yes then I asked for rare she said she didn’t know if they did that so ahead of time had no idea what “made to order” even meant and then she thought rare meant raw and uncooked…and she works in a restaurant go figure. Then she asked the cook and he said he knows how to cook rare burgers but he refused to do it. The unprofessionalism and lack of customer care is appalling. That’s fine I went across the street to troye grille and they happily made me a rare burger without fuss like grown professional business adults should do.

Went here for the Mother's Day Brunch. Two years ago, the brunch here was fabulous. This year, it was good, but you could tell they cut back on quality.

We went here for a quick lunch date. The food was awesome. I got the Kent smash burger and my gf got the Buffalo wrap. We definitely enjoyed the food and service.

This hotel is our “go to” facility when traveling to northeast Ohio on business with Kent State University. Convenient to downtown and campus, it’s a five star facility with a great staff!!! You won’t be disappointed.

Great location. Clean and access to many services, food and shops. Rooms were spacious and clean. Only dig is that for the three day stay, we got no housekeeping service even though we were promised we would.

Overall good experience. Parking is across the street. restaurant seemed OK. I did not try the food but it looked appetizing, and the bar was efficient and decently priced. Location is good and with in walking distance to multiple restaurants. I would stay there again no problem, if the need aroused.

Needed to find a hotel last minute for myself and my daughter. Was very pleased with the ease of parking and the safety of the parking garage. Overall, exceeded expectations. Spacious room, great shower, comfy bed, very clean, awesome staff.

It was raining and there is NO shelter to unload vehicle. Both customes are handicaped and it was VERY VERY hard to unload car on the small hill and push cart into lobby. Cart wanted to go into street.

Though the place is okay its confusion all over here The restaurant is just up to the mark. They would keep you on hold for ever as I presume no one knows whats happening. Well they provide parking at a cost but if u extend your stay there needs to be a way to extend the parking in the card they provide automatically Not worth the price they charge

Ive stayed many times over the years and enjoy coming back here. I hadnt been since covid and was happy to see that very little had changed and still had all the local amenities. If I could critique at all, continental breakfasts used to be inclusive in the room cost, it now isnt and $7.45 for what might only be a coffee and a slice or two of toast seems excessive but wouldnt stop me returning.

Overall, the stay was pleasant and the service was good. I did no like the extreme price increase from my previous stay. Prices may fluctuate a bit, but this overnight stay was nearly double my previous stay this past summer.

The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The rooms were large and clean. The location is perfect for a visit to anything in Kent. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to the area.
