We had dinner here. We had sesame chicken and bourbon chicken. Both were made to order, hot and fresh with great taste. You order at the counter and they bring your food to the table.
If they want to stay in business, their food markup should be 3.25x times the ingredient costs. They need to change their business to be Doordash centered and be nice to delivery drivers/fast cooks. The food shouldn’t just be fried, low quality cooking oil. Use fresher, peanut/beef stock oil to cook with, charge 3.25 markup on ingredients. Remove carbon buildup on kitchen food.
The orange chicken I ordered was dry and tough. And the spring roll was pretty basic. Not a lot in it. The chicken chow mein that my wife ordered was very bland and watery. The crispy noodles they served came in a bag and were sort of rectangular and about an inch and a half long. They werenot like any other crispy noodles I’ve ever seen. I would not do this again.
