For fast food Chinese its pretty good.. we always get the chow main as a side dish. And usually the orange chicken,and a beef dish. Crab Rangoon are good. Would be better with a plum dipping sauce vs their sweet and sour. But for 2 people to eat for under $25.00 one of the best values for eating out

They are always out of food, they seem to wait til an item is gone before they tell cooks, so customers have to wait. Perhaps they should reconsider the "express"

Piss poor service. They'll tell you to pull around from the drive thru so they can bring the food out only to be told 15 minutes later they completely forgot about us. After going inside to ask where the order is of course.

I didn’t know Panda was Chipotle now. Piss poor excuses for workers gave my girlfriend 3 pieces of beef and me 10 pieces of orange chicken in our $20+ order. Had the lobby locked 40 minutes before closing too. If you don’t want to work here go find a new job, seriously.

It’s hard to beat the Family Meal Deal with three entrees and two sides. The service is always friendly and helpful and the restaurant is very clean. Bonus, no MSG in any of their food.

It was our first time ever having panda express and the staff was extremely nice and helpful while ordering, while letting us sample things to giving their opinions. Everyone was smiling and welcoming. The food was fantastic. Special thanks to Endalkchew & Diez for their customer service!?
Had this food in Orwgon, delicious. Had it in tallmadge. They said it was all made fresh and I would love it. Noodles not cooked all the way, steak burned up, chicken outright gross.

The worstvPanda experience ever. At 25 till close the food selection was at a bare minimum. They were making things to order so hopefully its fresh! After seeing all the drive thru mishap reviews I went in to order to make sure my order was right.

Mistakes happen and are totally understandable but when you order a plate and pay for two entrees and a side and only get the side it is frustrating. Once we got home and realized the meat was missing we called and unfortunately they are unable to give refunds so we over paid for noodles and were still hungry. We had been customers for years since they opened but that was our final noodle. Workers are paid great, service should be reflective of that and unfortunately it is not the case at the Panda Express in Brimfield.
