Where are the almonds??? Didn't look or taste fresh either. š
I love Panera Bread! Their broccoli cheddar soup was amazing; very flavorful and creamy, so I definitely recommend it. The blueberry muffin is soft with a hint of lemon, and the sugary crumble topping adds enough sweetness without being overpowering. I will say it wasn't super busy but it felt very frantic in there. This might've just been a time where they were trying to get stuff done. You order from the front, get a cup or sweets there, and then wait for your food by the pickup section in another room. They forgot my drink and it was hard to get somebody's attention, but again, it could've just been an "off" day. Great food, very cosy and warm vibe. Staff are still pleasant despite the rushing around!

Chose drive thru at 8:07am and sat behind an "ordering" car who actually didn't look like she was ordering. I tooted my horn, then shortly after, she appeared to be ordering. I moved forward and was asked to wait. It didn't take long. I ordered a black coffee and a toasted sesame bagel. Waited several more minutes until car in front completed order. My order was completed quickly. The server appeared totally alone in the foodprep area. This total experience took 7 minutes. I moved around lot to stop to butter bagel, which turned out to be a cinnamon crunch!! Didn't have time to correct the order.

Only vehicle in the drive through, pull up to the window to sit for nearly 10 minutes without an acknowledgment from anyone. Started to think my order didnt go through. Was finally greeted, paid and was given food all at once. Got a pick 2 for like $16!!. Came home to find some measly chips instead of bread (which is the only thing to make the meal somewhat filling) a bowl of soup that LITERALLY had a table spoon of product and mac and cheese that was cold. This was a 4:30pm on a Sunday. For 50 more cents i could go to Longhorn Steakhouse and get a 6oz Sirloin, Mashed potatos, house salad and a loaf of bread for what i just paid. USE A SLOTTED SPOON FOR SOUP AND GIVE EVERYONE THE SAME AMOUNT OF PRODUCT... THEN FILL WITH BROTH. Their food is so inconsistent and expensive as all hell.

While this Panera is cozy and clean, I was very disappointed in the food. Our oatmeal cookie came with a long hair baked into it, and my soup (normally a thick, hearty one) was watery and thin. The cheese in my grilled cheese sandwich was all hanging out of the side. This was meant to be a nice hot meal on a long road trip stop, and I came away feeling frustrated by the mediocrity. Perhaps a bad night for the staff or something, but not a great experience.

this is my 2nd time at this panera in the last 2 weeks and iāve never been treated like this before. the first time i waited at the window (which i donāt mind, iāve worked in the food industry before) for almost 10 minutes without even being greeted and there wasnāt even a line before or after me, i understand if the inside is busy but you still need to greet your customer at the window especially with how many people were standing there. then when i got my food, there was very minimal to no customer service by the girl at the window and my sandwich looked like it was just thrown together and the window was shut in my face, not even looked at. it was a veggie sandwich, so with having worked there (different location) as a teenager, i know it shouldnāt take that long to then look like that. my 2nd time was just today and the girl taking my order wasnāt friendly when i asked to have a different bread for my sandwich (iām pregnant and have aversions) she just said āNo.ā then i heard laughing when i asked for the bread i wanted. also, when i got to the window, the manager i assume (red collared shirt) used a bag that was opened on the dirty floor for longer than i was at the window because it was already there when i pulled up and waited. i ordered a toasted sandwich and it came out cold. i totally get some people have off days, iāve worked and now i am a mom of 4, but i feel like thereās no genuine customer service here :(

11.06.24. The order was not fully satisfied.
Ordered pick 2, to go, sandwich, bacon mac&cheese, 1 brownie, 1 coffee. Received plain mac&cheese and no brownie. I had no time to go back.
Will change my review if this gets fixed.

Expensive and not clean
Aldi's panera's have gotten worse as far as service when I go in to pick up a carryout order somebody is always passing it on to another counter or another person pretty much. Here I gave him a name and it took a minute before they checked on it but heads buried in tablets and personal cell phones.
Just about every place has a different counter to pick up a carryout order it's very frustrating. But this location here I had a manager look at me and then look away quick and walk away and this is more and more common at all the locations a manager or anybody should greet you or acknowledge you they could at least tell me to go to hell.

I ordered an orange scone, regular hot coffee, and a bread bowl of autumn squash soup to go. The scone and coffee were good, hence the extra star, but the soup was a joke. They gave us a cup sized portion for a bread BOWL, so I should get a bowl sized portion, it's not a bread cup. $9 for a cup portion for a bread bowl. When my husband went in to ask for a bigger portion they said he would have to pay for bigger portion and laughed at the matter. They gave me a refund for the soup after they mocked and laughed at the situation. I've worked in customer service for 10 years and I would never treat customers like that to their face. They also threw away the unopened cup of soup instead of either giving it back to us or let an employee have it. So they overcharge, underportion, and waste food.
